  Worst leasing company in the DFW metroplex!! They are rude on the phone, They do not work with you nor reply to your emails that you send, Then they claim they have called numerous times. I have never received a call from them!! Then, if you miss one payment by a day, they are threatening you with theft charges!!!

  ****, this is an over do review.I originally did business with this company in 2020. No complaints, I moved, they picked up the washer and dryer and that was the end of it.2021, I move again and this is when the games start. I was scheduled to have them come out on one day. I took off of work, cancelled all plans only for them to not show.I eventually get the washer and dryer, I needed maintenance to the washer . It smelled horrible! Their customer service informed me, theyll replace the washer. I take off work again to wait for the delivery they sent someone over to repair the washer. This repair never worked and the washer continues to smell bad on and off to this day!On *****, I was debited $5 from my account. My normal bill is $48 ish. So I emailed ****** and let him know , I should only owe $43. He never responded to the emails I sent him back in May. I previously let him know I was willing to pay but the balance needed to be corrected. He never corrected the balance but instead continued to add late fees and trying to re run my card for the incorrect amount.They are threatening to sew me and take me to court for a set that Ive technically paid for in full if were really calculating how much Ive paid them. ( I do understand this is a rental service).Also being threatened with two felony chargers.****** Emailed me to apologize, of course he CC other managers in the email to cover himself.Of course I continue to receive threatening text messages, indicating chargers will be filed if the washer and dryer is returned. I TRIED TO RETURN THEM AND THATS STILL NOT ENOUGH.3rd update, ****** **** never responded to my request to have the items removed last month but I continue to get the threatening messages .4th update: they tried to arrange a pick up convenient for them, weeks later when I wasnt home nor did I say this will work for me. All while still being threatening me with chargers.

  This is the worst place to rent appliances from....the ****** branch in ** are thieves if you put a credit card on file they will without your authorization they will attemp to withdraw money of your card....even after you have paid them off ..do not due business with them they can not be trusted with access to your info...me and my fiance have plans on suing them

  Worst customer Service. Took two separate days off from work during the holiday season and both times the company no showed /no call. I have all my receipts and will be reporting this to the management office that recommended them and to the BBB. The way ***************************** spoke to me, when I did no wrong, is unacceptable. A simple "I'm sorry, how can we help fix this" would of gone a long way. She could provide any proof for her excuses as to why my delivery did not arrive on the scheduled date or a reason why I did not get a call, even after having issues with my first delivery.
