I had a very positive experience with the installation of my bathtub and shower enclosure in my hall bathroom. My experience with the installers, ******* and Dmitry, was amazing! They are respectful, conscientious, and attentive to detail. I have insisted that these gentlemen are the installers for my master bathroom (pending). I feel that Expo strives to give customers a 5-star experience and, in my opinion, they achieved their goal. I look forward to seeing the results of my next installation.

I loved the almost weekly communication to let me know how the project was progressing & then the installers called to give me a heads up that they were on their way & a ETA. We had a few hiccups with the project but it was completed in 2 days & it's beautiful. We can't wait to try it out after it dries. Definitely worth the wait. I am very pleased with ExpoHome Improvement. From my initial contact, through the sales process and then completion of my windows installation, I have received professional treatment. I was contacted several times when I started the process and the customer contact person was great. Sean H******** came for the sales quote, made quite an impression with his knowledge during the presentation. The original appointment was only for a tub/shower conversion, but I asked about windows and Sean was happy to oblige by teaching me about Anlin. I chose Home Expo to do my window replacements and my tub/shower conversion based on that visit. Brian came to do the follow up measurements and gave me even more info. Cindy was great keeping me posted on the project status. I had Leo, Marcelino, Eduardo and Rodrigo for the window install. This team was top-notch!! Called that they were headed my way, arrived on time, explained the process and got it all done and cleaned up in 3 hours for 9 windows. Once again, communication through this has been great. Looking forward to completion of my bathroom project. I am expecting more of the same experience with that project. Expectations exceeded!Expo Home Improvement
