      On 12/08/2019 I purchased tickets for air travel to ***************** for $6697.04. All flights to Scotland were cancelled in the spring of 2021 and I placed a request for a refund on 05/18/2021. I was told that I could use $6185 for credit towards a rebooking, or I could receive a $5839 refund. I have yet to hear an explanation why the full amount of $6697 will be neither returned nor credited towards a future purchase, nor do I understand why there should be a discrepancy between the amount of the credit and the amount of the refund.I spoke with an agent on 12/20/2021 and was told that I could use my credit to purchase tickets that day, but that I would have to wait six months for a refund. When I reminded him that I had requested the refund seven months earlier, he told me the refund would be sent to my account by the end of the week. That was more than a month ago, and more than eight months since I requested my refund, and I have yet to receive a dime.

      The flight was on schedule, but due to Covid you have decided to change the travel dates and the airline, we assisted you in rescheduling the flights on 16Sept, 2020. Have your not used these flights?

      The flights that were rebooked on Sept. 16, 2020, for travel to Scotland in June of 2021 were cancelled in May of 2021 due to COVID. On May 18, 2021, I requested a refund, which ********* acknowledged.
      On July 14, 2021, ********* said I would receive my refund in 14-21 business days. Despite repeated emails and phone calls requesting my refund since then, I have yet to receive a dime.

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      Destina Holidays received the refund from the airline.
      Destina Holidays has never refunded me, provided a voucher or offered tickets for another date.

      Now he gives me the answer that it dates from 2021 and that there is nothing they can do.

      This company remains a scam and I do not recommend it to everyone.
      There are hundreds of people in my situation.

      Hello,Originally I purchased a flight ticket from SEA to Kiev, Ukraine before Covid-19 through skybooker.com by paying $1156.69 using credit card purchase. Due to Covid, all my travel schedule has been cancelled and Skybooker.com suggested to have travel credit remaining with them, otherwise they'll deduct their service charge and refund the money much less than I paid originally, so I took future travel credit, but the company filed the bankcruptsy. While researching my options to recover money back, I've contacted my credit card company and got a message that they could help within 3 month of range. Through all the research, I've found out Skybooker sold their ticket issuing had been transferred to Goway Travels, Inc and Goway Travels had received a partial refund from United Airlines: $911.69 on XXXX-XX-XX after all. Through all the turmoil I've gone through, I contacted Goway Travels, Inc to return my money of $911.69 which had to be returned to me, but Goway Travels kept the money instead of sending me back. When I contacted United Airlines, they said they had to refund the money to Goway Travels, Inc.Please help me get my travel fund back to me even though it's not a full amount that I've paid originally, which is $1156.69 with my credit card.I've included all the related documents for your reference.Thank you.

      I have booked a flight for 3 people to Germany in December 2019I have canceled that trip in May 2020 due to the pandemic. I was given credit for those 3 tickets until September 2022. I was finally going to use my tickets this year in July, so I called the company. Come to find out they are now calling themselves airfare experts and their phone number has changed too. It took several hours and several attempts to finally get someone on the phone. Unfortunately the call was dropped after I gave the lady named Claudia my information. I tried to call back immediately without success. Mrs Claudia was kind enough to email me, stating that I have 3 valid tickets and that I can pick a flight from 3 websites which she sent me the link to. 2 out of 3 websites don't work ! The email from Mrs Claudia also stated that I have to pick a flight with the SAME airline on the SAME route. They do not offer anymore flights with delta airlines, nor do they offer anything on the same route, Nashville to Atlanta to Stuttgart and back. Peoples lives have changed since 2020 and therefore my son can no longer go on this trip, so I asked if they can give me a refund for the 3rd ticket or apply that credit to the other 2 tickets but they said no, they can not do that. Very frustrating to say the least. I have since tried many more times to call and I have sent many emails unsuccessfully. Every time I send an email I get a reply back „we are still waiting for your response #XXXXX and/or Trip ID UF7RNF"I seriously believe that no one reads my emails, that this is all automated. When I booked the 3 tickets, I paid in full right on the spot. I am asking for a refund of $2836.80 for the 3 tickets, not a cent more or less. I have read many reviews about this company on bbb and it seems like there are many people that are in the same situation. This company, skybooker/ airfare experts or whatever they wanna call themself, they are a ripoff ! Kindly, ****** *****

      I bought fly tickets from 3 party name ************************* I had to cancel because covid, they give a Boucher. Now I try to get the Boucher with new ticket, I spoke with them couple times, they said they will give the tickets, but I never received them, now don't answer my calls don't reply my emails. Is been 2 months trying to keep in touch and nothing, they took $2450 from me, it is so sad, we are working really hard to make that money. They are a scam!!

      I booked a trip February 2020 to Australia and it was postponed due to covid a few months later. Initially i was issued credits that were "applicable as per guidelines provided by airlines posted online" i have been in contact with ********* every few months throughout the last couple of years trying to come to a resolution about my future flight credit of $5700 (i just wanted them released to **************** who set up a future credit bank for me awaiting my tickets to be released. In that bank they would be able to be held in there indefinitely until **************** had flights to the states). I most recently received a response from Claudia with ********* customer support stating that my credits were no longer valid. However, I have an email from Isa M******* stating that they were following **************** future flight credit policy which shows my credits are good through 2023. I also have another email from Randy T***** stating that they were going to release my credits to **************** which never happened. I paid for a service which was never provided through *********. I have been more than patient in trying to come to a resolution. Every time I call ********* customer support I get a answered right away and then "accidentally" hung up on. I will be hold from my main phone number and then call from another and get the other one answered right away and then hung up on me when I tell them my name and ask for the agents name and customer ID number and not to put me on hold. I worked hard for 3 years to be able to take my family to Australia to visit my extended family for the first time. And now i am out $5700. I have been in contact with "Nadeem Q******" who presents himself as CEO of *********************. He said my tickets were "good" and then has ghosted me. I reported that profile as fake. This has been a back and forth nightmare and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this company.

      Purchased tickets to fly to London in early 2020 through **********. Flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. Refused to give a full refund even though all flights were canceled for the foreseeable future. Gave me credit to use in the next 24 months for new flight. With restrictions and fear of COVID like many others I have no traveled and did not want to in the first place. I explained to them I did not feel safe traveling and wanted a refund so I could possibly re-book the trip way down the line when it was safer. Have not been able to use credit and went to call ********** for help and phone number does not work. Tried to email as well and email immediately gets returned saying recipient does not exist. Just want the $835 I spent back.

      The refund did not align with what was promised by the agents over the phone and the circumstances of a pandemic so I'm not really sure what policies they're referring to. As outlined above, I did NOT receive a full refund understand the pandemic has made it difficult for airlines/travel agencies, but it has been difficult for individuals as well. We paid for a service (a flight) that we did not receive, and I believe I am *********** a full refund for my flight tickets. I have spoken to both Lufthansa and Skybooker customer service multiple times and have been promised full refunds by their customer service agents, and later they go against their word and say they can not give me my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The tickets are older than three years because you failed to respond to the complaint in a timely manner. The initial complaint is still valid, and conning customers then simply waiting a few years doesn't mean the inital action has been resolved.
