  My daughter's school team also placed their order through BSN and we also experienced the same as others reviews state. Extremely long wait for initial order to be received, multiple missing and incorrect items. We placed our order in AUGUST! Currently we are still missing part of our order, as are many other team members. I feel bad for our Coach who has to deal with all of these unsatisfied customers. The worst part is that these shirts were sold as a fundraiser to raise money for the ********** wouldn't blame a single person for not wanting to participate in any of our future fundraiser events due to this.

  If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!! We ordered jerseys for our volleyball girls in August. It's now the end of October, the season is over, and we just received the jerseys a couple of days ago. Absolutely horrid "customer service", and when asked for a refund we were promptly shut down - refund declined. I this is BY FAR the worst company anyone could have the unfortunate experience in dealing with.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BSN SPORTS!!!! We ordered team apparel in late 7/22, the team store closed in early 8/22. We were told orders would ship 3-4 weeks after team store closed. We ordered two items - one arrive yesterday, 10/22/22, and the other says it will arrive in mid-Nov. Over 2 months for iron on lettering on t-shirts!? The events the apparel was ordered for are long past. Bottom line, it's not hard to find an apparel company that wants your business and is willing to create and ship in less than a week. BSN Sports lacks the integrity to tell you up front how long their order process takes, they have off-shored their customer service, and apparently do not care at all about return-customers because I doubt they ever get any. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and buy elsewhere.

  I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THESE FIRST! I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt on 9/1 for a total of about $80. I got a confirmation email saying that due to the time of year, it could be up to 5 weeks for delivery. Wow right? So 5 weeks came and went, and I contacted them, because only my shirt came. Which is basically see-through quality and must be worn with something under it. The hoodie is on back order. No one reached out to tell me that. Spirit Week has now come and gone, and I don't have spirit wear. When I contacted customer service, they told me there were within their 6 week time frame. I opened and read her the email that said it would be delivered within 5 weeks. She basically said oh well. Then the "hoodie" finally arrived, which is basically a cotton long sleeve tee with a hood, again horrible quality for the price. The hoodie arrived with what appears to be a grease stain on the pocket. Overall lame experience and products and completely overpriced.

  Horrible!! Our team order was placed on the end of August with a confirmed turnaround time of 3 to 4 weeks and still not received 6 weeks later. Now when speaking with a customer service representative they are saying it could be 9 to 10 weeks, season will be long sent over. Their site advertises 3-4 week delivery time. This is the fourth order throughout the past four years that we have placed through *** due to their relationship with our university and high school. Every single order has been received after the season is over. They have deceiving advertisement. Very poor customer service. I have received things that have been damaged or improperly embroidered multiple times with either replacements not received or received months later. Unfortunately the story is always the same when they are contacted, due to peak season we are now looking at 8 to 10 weeks turnaround time. This is the same story with every season and the situation is always the same. One would think *** would recognize after doing this for multiple years that each sporting season will be busy for them, one sporting season runs into the other. It is just poor business practice and excuse after excuse. This is the poorest customer service I have ever received with a company, henceforth as a coach, if given the option I would never use this company again. I have been on the committees meeting with the *** school representatives and they talk a sweet talk, but have never delivered once on any of the orders through our school on time or completely correct. Unfortunately this company needs a complete overhaul, to stop spending money on representatives that meet with a School and can never deliver on their promise. This is super unfortunate for the children that are looking so forward to their apparel. Most of which is team apparel that should be worn during the season. Shame on them, they should be very disappointed in themselves.

  Customer service rep did send me an email and gave me a 50% discount on our order. This is much appreciated as the season will be over when product is received. I did also notice my most recent email now states average delivery time 5 to 7 weeks.

  8/5/22 ordered hoodie through team store. We received the hoodie on 10/7/22 with no team logo on it, it was just a plain hoodie. Contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do. We were told to send it back (at our cost) and they would send another 4 to 6 weeks after they receive it. If you are a team looking for gear go somewhere else this company is not worth your time or hard earned money.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Our team used BSN for player and fan apparel orders. The first order we did not receive everything. Waiting and waiting. Contacted BSN and never got the missing items or any follow up. We made the mistake of placing an additional order of ONE item: a long sleeved football tee. They sent a short sleeved tee. Multiple customer service reps later, it is still not resolved. They asked for photos of the item and then tell me there is nothing wrong with the item received. The order was for long sleeves!! I truly hope our HS changes companies. I could not recommend Ordering from BSN to anyone.

  8/7/22 - Placed order 9/1/22 - Received automated email with 9/14 ship date 9/8/22 - Received automated email with 9/14 ship date 9/15/22 - no update or tracking, sent email inquiring NO RESPONSE 9/22/22 - Received automated email with 9/14 ship date 9/23/22 - called and given 9/26 ship date 9/28/22 - no update or tracking, sent email, disputed with credit card 9/29/22 - new automated email with "pending production" status not "shipping", order finally shipped that evening 10/1/22 - ordered arrived 10/3/22 - customer service finally responded to my email, no explanation, no apology, just sent my tracking number for an order that already arrived.

  This seems to be the default response from this company. Based on the vast number of complaints rolling in here recently, they should probably review their operations and customer service. I feel like they only cared because this complaint was filed. It's unfortunate, I want to support our schools but not if I have to deal with this nonsense. Hopefully they'll find another method of fundraising next year.

  Horrible!! Our team order was placed on July 26th for sweatshirts, t-shirts, jerseys etc for families to wear to games. Well... it's now September 29th and we are STILL waiting for the our order. Their site advertises 3-4 week delivery time and it's been 9 weeks! At this rate football season will be over by the time we get our gear. RIDICULOUS don't claim 3-4 weeks when you can't even come close to meeting that. It's false advertising.

  I never comment reviews, in this case I felt this needed to be made. This website is a joke. Over 4-6 weeks I purchased what was needed and now can not cancel. My daughter is playing her last game today for volleyball so no longer needed this year. Return policy is garbage, you have to pay $20 for delayed delivery if you wanted money back. Incompetence is and understatement.
