  Do not waste your money ordering through this team store. I ordered school gear 7 weeks ago. The website said delivery in 3-4 weeks and after 7 weeks it still hasn't shipped. I've been calling for the last 2 weeks to inquire about the order and every time I'm told the items are ready and just waiting to be shipped. My daughter is a senior and her season is over in 2 weeks so my $150 order is now useless.

  Ordered from BSN to support my daughter's team for the soccer season on 8/9/22. I received a notification that my order is scheduled to SHIP on 10/6/22 which is pretty much at the end of the soccer season. The coach from our team said they've had problems with this company before and based on this, I am shocked that people would ever want to work with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR THE SPORTS SEASON.

  Wish I had looked this company and seen these reviews. This is a HORRIBLE company - false advertising, pathetic product! You don't get your order for AT LEAST 4 weeks - and I don't know why because it's just IRON ON letters!!!!! They claim "every item meets our highest standards for quality" - what a joke!!!!! AND to top it all off - I didn't even get what I ordered!!!! You are 'forced' to give a star rating - they should get a ****!!

  This company has been horrible to work with. After waiting 5 weeks to get our order, we were sent a wrong item and an item was missing from the order. When called we were either given a choice of a refund or waiting another 5 weeks for the order. So even though it was there mistake they would not expedite the order and would provide no compensation for the inconvenience of having to now wait a total of 10 weeks for the item. When asked to speak with a supervisor, i was told no. When I told them I could wait I was put on hold for a lengthy amount of time and them disconnected.

  I feel horrible that schools are being taken advantage of by this scam of a place. Of course reading the reviews aren't of concern when your AD picks the vendor, you don't even question it and you pay every last dollar you have for the required gear and get total trash, incorrect items and zero accountability to make it right. I wish there was zero stars. I placed a large order, along with a few other people ordering the same items. All of ** where given a "replacement shirt" rather than the shirt we ordered. Since the items didn't come in for over 6 weeks i said I absolutely want a refund, I'm not waiting another 6 weeks for the correct items that they knowingly replaced incorrectly with zero notice. It's been 4 weeks since I got a sketchy email confirming I wanted a refund and not a single dollar has posted back to my account. SCAM

  I called the company again on 9/21/22 and asked what the status is, they acted as though I had never made a request, blamed their email part of the company. Said they would process the original refund.
  
  BSN's response can be the "refund was issued", however this was after the 4th contact was made. Also, if a replacement order has in fact been placed that is mentioned above I absolutely want proof of that as well. A refund has been received, there was no mention of a "replacement". Don't overcompensate now that it took a comment of the BBB. I won't hold my breath for the replacement you mentioned.

  Man do I wish I had seen these reviews- 0 stars! Horrible customer service and production time. Ordered T-shirts 1 month (8/3)in advance for an event and per website and phone message "order will be received within 3 weeks of order date and if unable to fill order will notify customer. I received confirmation email that items are in production on 8/15 with a ship of 9/8. I I immediately contacted the company and identified that the ship date exceeds the 3 weeks. Within 24 hours had an update for shipping by 8/26. Called on Friday (8/26h and Monday (8/29) - your shirts are still in production. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I have called the company 6 times begging for the shipment details. To this date No ship date and items are not produced.

  I feel bad that I'm forced to give this company even 1 star. I did an online store with them that closed April 15, 2022 and here it is August 25, 2022 and I still have yet to receive a payment for the goods that were sold. I've made multiple phone calls and emails just to get the run around. Finally 3 weeks ago they said they were taking care of it. 2 weeks later still no check. Then last week they told me on Tuesday that they were cutting me a check and sending it out on Friday. 9 days later still no check. There's absolutely no way in **** I'd ever do business with this ****** company ever again. Quite frankly I don't know how they're still in business.
