    If I could give 0 stars I would. This complaint is regarding the Asp Cares Pharmacy on ****** in *******, **. An employee by the name of ********************************* was on Instagram during work hours while working on my, the patient, medication information and uploaded my personal information to the world. I have tried to contact the **************** in ******** Branch, ** to speak with one of the owners about this issue and never can reach anyone. This is very unprofessional and unethical and I feel this employee should definitely be terminated for her actions.

    The problem that have is, every time I have a request for refills on prescriptions, I get a different response. I typically call 3 times to see if the process for delivery has been started and completed. As a Senior Citizen my medication is vital! Since I have to sign for delivery, Im stuck a home all day when it a no-show! Its not good customer care. If theres a pickup @ the *** on Fannine in *******, no one acknowledges you needing assistance!
