    I purchased a complete engine and warranty for said. Warranty was to replace all parts and 100% labor for 3 years. The engine completion was on a Friday. When I went to pick up, the truck was knocking so I left it at the shop. The following Monday I contacted ***** at the ********, ** location. I was told another engine would be sent bc that one wasn't inspected and 100% of labor and fluids would be paid. It's been 2 weeks since second motor was installed. I've not received my money and am currently out $4200 on ONE install. I was then told the first motor sold wasn't inspected and I'd have a "cap" on labor, which is almost $1000 less than the labor paid. First, I shouldn't have to file against warranty because they sold me a faulty product! Second, no cap, PERIOD. I WANT MY MONEY

    Purchased a transmission August 17th guaranteed to be tested and working but a 6 month warranty. Have been calling since transmission was installed on august 23rd. Sent videos and been jerked around by several people . Car left me stranded and wont move. No response from anyone at Fenix to resolve

    Purchased a transmission with a 36-month warranty.The salesman kept telling me he sent the invoice, stating what we paid for to my email, however, I never received it. He then processed to send me a couple of screen shots and bogus invoices with different pricing and that does not reflect that we paid for the 36 month warranty.Since they refuse to give us an itemized receipt for what was paid, we would like a full refund.

    Im not normally one to bash a company but if youre buying car parts be careful with fenix parts! They bought out dons auto in ********** and ap auto salvage in ********.. nothing but problems I have had first I buy a motor with 23k miles on it suppose to be here next day fully inspected.. took over a week to get the part, many wasted hours waiting for it to arrive bc it was supposed to be delivered to my parents garage, get told after they cant deliver there because there isnt a sign next to the road.. they never even tried tp deliver it at all.. was told it was delivered to the Cicero shop.. I called the next morning to make sure it was actually at the shop was told yes it is there, I drive an hour to their shop to be told we dont even have an engine in our shop right now call the sales rep back and he says o I just went ********** got shipped back to **********.. he assures me it will be delivered the next day to my garage so again I wait all day and then call him again he doesnt answer. I get transferred to another sales rep and he says yea its still here in **********.. Im like wtf dude I was suppose to get it over a week ago this is absolute bs and absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any type of transaction ever! He says he Will personally make sure I get it next day.. yes I got it the next day but the oil pan was bent to s*** and the oil filler spout is dam near ripped off.. so I contact them about the damaged parts on it and they practically tell me to kiss my a** bc it was inspected.. well today I get all the parts to fix it we get the engine open and its FULL OF WATER!! Cylinder 3 isnt even moving! Cams are covered in rust! I call them again and I get theres nothing I can do for you, your sales person isnt in today Im like then get me to a manager sorry hes out on vacation youll have to call back on Monday to talk to your sales rep.. I want to return for a refund Order#*******
