    I wish I could use a negative star. We purchased a transmission. Hasnt worked since day one. Been calling for two months and and sending videos to emails and being jerked around. Finally told now a claim was never opened so now no one will answer . Car left me stranded . ******* for a transmission guaranteed to work and 6 month warranty hasnt worked since day 1! Cant get anywhere with people .

    Ordered a gas tank and was told that days after placing order that item was still not shipped. Ordered from another business and asked Fenix for a refund and after a few hours of talking to several people we were issued a refund. So that was aggravating but the real problem was when we called Fenix and it turned out to be a Texas location. I quickly explained to the man that answered the phone what was the issue and he very rudely said you have the wrong number we don't handle **** orders here. I attempted to say something and the man interrupted me and said do you want the correct number or not because I can just disconnect the call if not. I said yeah I want the number and once he gave it to me I hung up the phone. I will never order anything else from this business. I would never recommend it to anyone. That Fenix *** was unnecessarily rude and hateful. Maybe he should look into a new career since he obviously hates his job so bad.

    Ive been in contact with the company on several occasions about a motor I purchased from them with the warranty for one the motor came very oily and I looked past this I took possession of the motor thanking Ive received a viable new motor from this company I asked in the initial conversation with the representative over the phone if I would be getting a decent motor and the answer was yes we stand by our warranty its a 18mo warranty if Any thing goes wrong we will replace it with another one are refund you if we cant find a replacement so with that being said I called and spoke with someone about my warranty and the issue I was experiencing they asked me to ***************** and have him contact them to make a long story short they give him the run around asking for codes and take pictures of my mileage on my car he asked why they need that when its running hot and has a vibration he explained that I the customer has purchased and replaced sensors. Thermostat radiator basically went above and beyond so now I feel if I have lost my money and my car Ive lost understanding of how youre offering service and not staying behind it seeing how everybody passes you off to the next person and you just keep going from voicemail to voicemail never able to get a response what happened to truth and respect MR.************************************ ***

    The picture on the internet is not they are selling you. Tire and wheel showing, found out the tire is not included. The price was $155, for used tire &rim makes since.I questioned why the total price was $219, they said I picked a gold warranty for $50, why would I get a gold warranty for a used *************** is the type of company people should't trust.
