Ive received multiple letters from this company that are vague and seem intentionally threatening. The letters do not clearly identify the sender, which already feels unprofessional. Additionally, each letter includes a warning citing 18 U.S. Code 1702, threatening a $2,000 fine or up to five years in prison for interfering with mail delivery. This warning seems unnecessary and is stated in a way that feels like an intimidation tactic rather than a legitimate legal notice. Since this law applies to all mail, including general deliveries, it seems out of place and misleading. I find this approach to marketing unethical and concerning.I strongly recommend the company reassess its communication methods and adopt a more transparent, professional approach.True Auto, LLC

1 starForce to rate. Upon inquiring about the state of my vehicle at the time ****** ***** begain to speak to me very rude, misogynistic, demeaning and unprofessional. He denied me speaking with his manager and said that he is the Mgr. I started everybody has head. He ask me why do I want to talk with a manager and told him that he was talking to me rude. ****** moved onto say, " No you're not talking to no one just because you don't like my tone while talking to you about your vehicle. " He hung up on me twice even while trying to move forward from that conversation to what is to happen next with the car. Again rude yelled and hung up.I want to make this VERY CLEAR this matter had nothing to do with the fact he was telling me the state of my car possibly not being covered for repairs as he was doing his job. However, I pay for this service so therfore should receive professional service. ***** ***** is no better. I ask for appointment to speak about the matter opposed to an email since she says she is so busy and she never ************ more!!!Review fromFelix E.

Absolutely Fabulous communication and understanding. ***** has been the representative I have been working with. He was such a help and always an ear to listen. Made me feel as if he were a friend not a customer. The open communication between he and the service man has made everything go very smoothly.
