Mr. ******* we paid out $810.06 to ******** ***** for your cooling fan and thermostat. We did not cover the 2nd claim that was called in due to physical damage, we ordered a 3rd party inspector to assess your vehicle and they found evidence that you had been in a front end collision recently. You were recently in a collision that reported to CarFax on 10/14/2024, your vehicle insurance would be responsible for that damage if applicable. Hope this explanation helps.Review fromdebra e.

I was denied service for my ****** Sentra 2019. I had ******* miles and the warranty went out but I expected it to be covered with this extended warranty that true auto has but they wouldnt cover the transmission that is going out so I dont really have much of a review for this business, if Im paying money to be covered on my auto breakdown, I should be covered which doesnt make sense to meTrue Auto, LLC

Hello Mr. ***** you were not denied coverage, we paid out $1325.61 to ********* ****** om 10/18/2024. Your transmission was not part of the covered claim since you have failed to have the *** serviced at ****** miles. This is a manufacturer recommendation and the dealership advised you to have the service completed but you chose not to.
