I have been with True Auto for over a year now. Had a transmission failure last month and they were there to help me through this stressful time. The cost would have broke me but since I had coverage it was taken care of. Thank you for being there!

I received a letter several months after I made the purchase of my vehicle through ******* The letter had my year, make, & model with a customer ID at the top right corner and a Call By When I spoke to the first representative on the phone he only asked for my mileage and nothing else. When I tried to get information about the letter, he would not answer my questions about the verbiage in the letter and eventually hung up. Thinking this was a Scam, I called ****** where I purchased the vehicle. When I read the letter to them, they said it sounded like a Scam. I called back and got a new agent. After I explained what happened, he transferred me to there sales manager ****. After talking to **** and I told him what happened, he got upset and said they werent a Scam and wanted to get off the phone. I even tried to tell him about the phone call and. if it was recorded, he could listen to it. Instead of remaining professional throughout the phone call, he was upset only wanted to answer questions. When I asked him questions as to why nothing was documented the first time I called, he said he was busy and doesnt have time to look into right now. He again reiterated it was not a Scam, but took no responsibility for his sales assistant. Having concluded the phone call and getting nowhere, I still think its a Scam, or at least a **************** to take care of your auto insurance needs. As **** said himself, there are hundreds if not thousands of other companies out there youll receive a letter from. Id go through them if the rates are right for you and your needs. ***True Auto, LLC

Also, I can not pull you ** in our system by the name you provided to research the call(s), if you could provide me with the customer ID, I can further research the incident. As for us being a scam, we are a legitimate company and have paid out over $2 million in claims for our customers. I've been with Tru Auto for three years and they hv always come through for me in any of the work I've had done on my car and that has been major. I feel fortunate to hv happened upon them and I am truly grateful for all the assistance over the years with their Friendly customer service!!!
