    Purchased several warrantys and *** via a dealership. Vehicle has since been sold. Dealership will not cancel the **** Per my contract with Optimus, if having difficulty canceling with dealer contact us. Contacted Optimus twice, both times speaking with a very rude and abrupt individual by the name of ******. The first time she told me if I sent her an email with the cancellation form, which I indicated was not properly completed, and bill of sale shed contact the accounting department for a cancellation of all contracts.Second time I contacted her she said that the *** contract was not canceled because the form was not properly filed out. My point in making the initial contact was because the dealer does not agree that they should cancel the ***, therefor they will not indicate it on the cancellation form. Second contact she wanted an email stating I need the *** canceled, which I also indicated on the first email and was the reason for my initial contact. This individual is extremely rude, wont allow a supervisor to get on the line and basically stated the buck stops here, this not our problem, get this cancelled by the dealer who refuses to acknowledge that they need to initiate the cancellation. A simple call to the dealer to explain the process would have been most helpful!

After reviewing the email correspondence and documentation provided the cancellation request shows that the *** was not marked. However, all policies have been cancelled and the miscommunication has been addressed.
