  My experience with Optimus Warrant has been the worst I have ever endued in my personal and professional life. Never have I been subjected to such convoluted treatment that caused such mental aguish that led to emotional distress. It caused financial hardship that finally resulted in physical fatigue.I was victimized because I made the mistake of never expecting a company like ***** ***** to subject their customers to a company that resorts to tactics that cause their customers to finally give up and accept their loss rather than try to compile with the most meaningless and useless information that is manipulated into paying only a part of the balance owed on the loan.The term gap insurance implies the loan balance will be paid and I found in every company I checked does pay the balance. Not so with Optimus Warranty. And the demands for meaningless information that just kept coming again and again, week after week.Im not going to itemize. This was carefully made up to cause customers to give up and Optimus Warranty knows them well. They created them.I made calls to insurance companies and insurance agents and not one ever heard of the demands make on **** hope someday, somehow everyone with Optimus Warranty has to endure the same treatment and suffers mightily as helpless and hopeless as I had to suffer.

  Thank you for contacting Optimus Warranty with regards to this concern. We apologize for any frustration that Mr. **** had experienced as part of the standard document submission process required to file a *** benefit claim.
  We are pleased to report that Mr. ***** *** benefit claim has been reviewed, approved, and processed for payment to his lienholder in accordance with the terms of the *** Addendum. Any conditional adjustments to the Vehicle value assessed by his Insurance carrier would have to be addressed directly with that entity.

  I encourage d to buy extended warranty at the purchase of my care in September 2021 stating it would pay for any repairs under the hood the one I was sold so my vehicle started leaking oil so I call Optimus was told yes I have a warranty take it anywhere I want to be looked at so I called where I purchased car hokey ********** they said it was 175 to look at it and they would call Optimus w/their findings if they decline claim I owe 175 out of pocket plus fixing cost if I chose to let them fix would **** didnt have appt til a week later so I took it to another shop who looked at my car stating yes I had a BAD oil leak would have to take it apart to see from where called Optimus they told them to call me they werent oking any work it was on me .. so found leak a piece had broken UNDER the hood UNDER the car the mechanic call them they responded by saying they dont replace plastic parts which the piece was so I had to pay $300 to get my car fixed I want what I paid into this warranty its useless and they DONT CARE
