Let me start with, when you call a person answers the phone then an estimator comes out immediately, a bid is given in writing, how nice is it to actually do business with a company that behaves like a legitimate business? After agreeing, with half the job paid for, the work was done without my even being at home!!!! After being satisfied I paid the balance by mail. ***** and his crew did an excellent job of restoring one of our lease properties after a fire. Worked with our insurance adjuster to make the claim easy for us. Ive done three major renovation/repair projects on my home in the past three years, all done by RE *********, and I will never use anyone else. Everything about this company is ******************, and highly skilled. Coordination with insurance was seamless. With each job, I was provided with a highly detailed estimate prior to starting work. On the most recent job, they happily provided me with two alternative estimates, that gave me options with regard to work/cost. pricing is always more than reasonable and transparent. Through the course of each of these major projects, *** had the opportunity to work with their skilled craftsmen in the fields of framing, trim carpentry, stone countertops, plumbing, Painters, flooring, tile work, and total reconstruction of a very large deck that had fallen into disrepair. In every single instance, the craftsman were both skilled, good communicators, and professional. Communication regarding the project is always easy, either through their office staff, or project manager, and responses are always made in a very timely manner; usually the same day I contact them. We have had several major renovations to our home in *********. ************, ******* and company have far exceeded our expectations in every way. The character of the entire staff so impressed **. The quality of the work is as good as it gets. They have been very responsive and always available to answer questions or concerns. The coordination with insurance was extremely helpful and seamless especially in making sure that all the required expenses were paid in order to restore the home back to the same quality prior to our loss.
