As a result of the intense rain storm of August, 2022, water flooded into my kitchen through an outside wall and caused damage to my cabinets, floor and wall. I spent a month talking with my insurance adjuster, a roofer, gutter repair person and a restoration expert. No one could determine how the water got into my kitchen and flooded it or what needed to be done. I remembered that R. E. McClellen Company had beautifully restored a home for us after a fire ********************************************* business so I called. ***** came over, determined what needed to be done and my cabinets, wall and floor were restored within a month. I wish Id thought to call them first! I was very pleased and grateful.

McClellen has done a new build and 2 remodels for us. My dad was a builder so I know how things should be built. All the work they do is of the highest quality. The workers that came to our house were always very considerate. McClellen listened to me. The new work was always exactly what I wanted. The fact we keep calling McClellen speaks for itself. We used R.E. ********* for repairs after water damage. The repair included replacement or refinishing of all of the hardwood on my first floor. The repair included the removal of my entire kitchen (stressful). ******* was recommended and I am so glad we chose R.E* ********* to be the General Contractor for the project. Cameron was great about setting expectations and timelines. He helped coordinate the other 2 companies involved with the repair. All of the different workers involved with each step of the process were very professional. I hope I don't have to use him again for water damage, but I would highly recommend R.E. ********* for any repair or remodel project.R E McClellen Construction Inc

We went from eye-sore to i-luv-it with the help of R E McClellen Construction! They did great work for a fair price and we are thankful to have met them. Moreover, they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it-- which seems to be not so common these days. Very thorough and professional. Work to be done was detailed in the contract presented before the work was done. All the workers were neat and always cleaned up construction debris before leaving daily. Quality of work was exceptional. I am very pleased with my experience with McClellan Construction! Cameron first came out to the site (my home) and looked at the exterior of my 40 year home. A portion of the exterior siding had begun to break down, specifically the siding on the chimney that extended to the top of the 2nd floor of the home. Cameron and I inspected the rest of the exterior and discussed replacing the exterior with a cement fiber board (i,e., Hardi board). I asked Cameron to provide an estimate to replace the siding on the entire house. Cameron said he would be happy to provide the estimate for the entire house; but it wasn't really needed and at this time (The remainder of the exterior was in good shape and supply chain issues and increased labor costs would significantly increase the cost of the project), and the cost to replace would be better delayed until market conditions could stabilize. I was out of town during the construction. My neighbors tell me that they showed up, erected the necessary exterior scaffolding and did the work over several days just as Cameron had told me that they would do. I am extremely pleased with the result. The project wasn't cheap; however, it was done correctly, just as we had agreed and the result was absolutely the best I hoped for. I will definitely use McClellen Construction for my next project!R E McClellen Construction Inc
