      After original visit from an employee, I was told 10 working days to get springs for the door. Three weeks went by and they still didn't call, send message or bother with an update. Only my calls seeking updates for me a date of the repair. So instead of 2 week waiting, it was three weeks waiting on any movement. Then the company told me of a opening for Tues. 2-4 to install the parts. After I told then this time frame was not acceptable, they stated it would be another week to get the work done. i agreed to the Tues. 2 - 4 rather then wait again. This company has no idea what customer service is or how to deliver it to their customers. I am not a customer anymore after today. Anyone calling this company for garage door repairs on a commercial building, be ware. You have need warned.

      The tech was good but the price for the work done is in question. **** have no control on pricing so I paid thinking I could call and speak to someone. Boy was I wrong!!! The fact that I cant speak to someone is very upsetting. Even asking for corp office phone , I was given a number that just answers the phone and send email to the same person I have been trying to speak with! After 8 to 9 years of being a customer I think we will part ways.

      We had them come out last year and fix our garage door. We purchased the warranty and spent $1600. Only lasted maybe a year and should have told us that our door should have been replaced. SO they just band-aided our garage so that they could keep collecting money from us to fix. Thankfully the guy that came to fix it this time was honest with us that it needed to be replaced and that they wanted him to just tell us to fix it again. They are not trustworthy and are just trying to take our money. I will not stand for this and it wrong.

      The visiting technician was fast and accurate and said nothing about his thoughts on the companies billing so I did not complain to him. In addition I had no invoice to review until he was gone because they e mailed it to me after he was done and gone.The tech was there for half an hour from arrival to departure, he seemed uncomfortable while trying to get a total for the service and his demeanor seemed he was uncomfortable with what was coming and he would have to deal with what his company was doing. I paid with a check so to not have the company pay a credit card ********** time to and from would be 1.5 hrs from their location.I put my signature on his device before he departed.I was told when I called in the request, the fee to show up was $165 and the charges would be based on what was needed.The tech did a visual inspection and returned two or three door guides to their correct position by bending them back and sprayed lubricant on track. The invoice was a novel listing 29 service or inspection items performed, my for only had three of those items. I was sent to the commercial department for service, I am a residential customer.The invoice indicated $0 for service call and $333.13 for work performed 2 hrs total. And they were nice enough to include their 2.5% credit card surcharge as well, I paid with check. The fee was $133+ per hour. I called the office to discuss this invoice with no returned call. I would not recommend this company, especially when this door wears out due to their abusive billing game.This review refers to OGD Gainesville, Fl. Not the Waldo local.

      This review was not intended for our company. We are the ***** franchise that the customer stated that it was not us. We have a couple garage door companies who mislead customers to believe they are us and use shady practices to lure customers to do business with them under false pretense. This is not the first time this has happened and unfortunately not the last time. I wish there was a way to stop this bad business practice from happening but I don't know of a solution. I would advise customers to ask said companies if they are a certified ************************************ franchise before doing business with a garage door company pretending to be us. I am sorry this happened to you as a unsuspecting customer who got taken by this other company. I wish I knew what the company name was whom serviced your door. That would let other people know who to look out for when they are searching for a good ******************* like ours. The ****************************** of ***********.

      Good morning These guys are good, thr fellows at the Waldo shop do not work on this type of door as I had spoken with them on another issue years ago. The people I spoke with was the overhead garage doors of ***********. When I reached their office I asked if they worked on my type of door, the person said they did and forwarded me to the commercial division who worked on this type of door. I asked where they were and I was told I believe it was *******, Tx. Their website lists them as OGD, Overhead Garage Door LLC., it appears they operate under the original company by the Overhead Garage Door company whic has a good reputation.

      Our garage door broke. We called OGD Overhead Garage Door - Lubbock. ***** ***** came and worked so hard and way past quitting time. He did a phenomenal job fixing it. Call OGD if you need help and be sure to ask for *****.

      I will NEVER do business with this company again. Was told by the technician, the door would be installed with in a couple of days. Found later this was not true. When ever I would call I had to speak with ******. ****** needs serious training in customer service. He goes out of his way to prove you wrong. The door was finally installed but with in a couple of hours the lock fell off due to not being secured correctly. They came back out and fixed that. Although I did receive a paid in full receipt, it appears difficult to get a lien waiver. Save yourself a lot of stress, don't deal with this company

      New motor installation in May 2024 spent over $800, last week Nov. 2024 garage door motor chain broke. The technician sent out was not the initial technician or installer. They gave me a quote of approximately $275 to replace rollers, chain, and oil the track. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and was not able to speak to anyone through the technician. I called the 1800 to speak to a supervisor and was initial put on hold. I was then told by the receptionist that I would get a call, which I never received. Moments later, I asked the technician if the supervisor called and they said the problem was fixed and they got chewed out by their supervisor. They were told to sell products. I appreciate them for their honesty. My ****** today, review all companies coming to do work on BBB first. But *** owners and supervisors should be ashamed of taking advantage of people. Any contractor working with them should go find another company to work for. I don't know what they said to their supervisor, or if it's being taken out of their check, but I am a disappointed customer. If any one I know has to have ********************** work done, I will definitely be telling them not to give *** their business.

      Scheduled a fix for a Monday between 9am to 12pm and they didn't show up, didn't even bother to call and tell me. When I called they said they would text me with an update. By 1:30 I heard nothing, so I called back. I was informed they rescheduled me for 3pm to 6pm. They did not show up and also did not communicate this. They decided to reschedule a third time without communicating this to me for the next day and did show up. Of course I wasn't home since I also have to work for money. They are not accountable for what they do or do not.

      They installed a commercial door with remote. Did not leave a remotecalled 4 times over the next year asking for a the remote. Finally they said my warranty was out and that I would pay them again to bring out a remote and program it. Do not do business with themvery poor customer service.

      My garage door was not opening. I called OGD and they sent a Tech out on 9/11. The tech was at my house for about 15 minutes and he charged me $369.00. After he left I tried to use my garage door opener and it would not work. I called again and they sent the same tech out on 9/12, again he was out for about 15 minutes and left. I tried to use the garage door and it still would not work. The Tech did tell me that if he came out again it would cost over $800.00. All i want is my money back because he did not fix the problem. Please help me . All I want is my money back
