Alliance painted my house. It was a great experience from the beginning. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did a thorough review of my house and showed me all the damaged caused by squirrels. Alliance fixed the damage and did an outstanding job of painting my house. They got done quicker than anticipated and cleaned up after they were through. I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend Alliance to everyone. Exceptional work! Exactly what I needed to make my new home purchase ready to move in. The crew did immaculate drywall repair. I couldnt even tell there had been previous damage in some of the most significant areas. Very clean. Very respectful of the property. Clear communication. Gorgeous paint job. Crisp lines and no variances in color or finish. Very high quality. Feels amazing looking at the interior of my new home and knowing that this is mine. Worth every *****. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. After requesting a quote, I was bombarded with excessive follow-up calls and texts, far beyond what would be considered reasonable. While I expected one or two follow-ups, what I received was overwhelming and inappropriate:Texts on 2/20 at 9 AM, 10 AM, and 6 PM Texts on 2/21 at 9 AM and 12 PM Additional calls from random numbers This level of contact was excessive and intrusive. I initially assumed the business owner, ********, or whoever manages customer outreach, would appreciate this feedbackperhaps their automated system malfunctioned. When I explained that I was no longer interested due to the excessive contact, ******** assured me it was a system issue, so I agreed to proceed with their quote.They visited my home, explained their services, and promised to email me a quote. However, after several days, I never received it. When we spoke again, they insisted on a second appointment with my husband rather than simply providing the quote via email as requested. I declined, as I am fully capable of reviewing a quote independently.This raised concerns about potential discriminatory practices. Despite clarifying that I needed the quote emailed, they never provided it, resulting in a complete waste of my time.Following my review of their service on ******, the business owner publicly responded by sharing my home address without consent, violating my privacy. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. People can disagree about establishing a business relationship, but retaliatory actions to dissuade customers from leaving reviews are intolerable. I do not recommend this company due to poor communication, questionable business practices, and blatant disregard for customer privacy.Alliance Painting

This review does not accurately represent the true events and we did not complete any work for this person. We do follow up with every single inquiry we receive, she inquired with us so we did not spam her, we simply followed up with her request for a free estimate at her home . Additionally, I spoke to ******** and determined that she simply didn't like our consultative process with her and her husband. It's clear ******** ***** on small businesses social review profiles as indicated by her review history. We do not discriminate, we do not spam.

We had our popcorn ceiling removed throughout the entire house, had the entire interior repainted and had a section of wood siding replaced with ****** board and repainted on the exterior. ****, ****** and **** were wonderful to work with and the other workers were very nice and respectful of us and the property. Altogether they worked on the house for 10 or so working days while we occupied the house. They worked around us and with us the whole time. We could not be happier with the finished job. The pricing was fair and reasonable and there were *********** for unexpected change orders. Great job! Thank you.Alliance Painting

Very satisfied customer. ***** thoroughly inspected the house for needed repairs prior to painting and reviewed them with me so I would know what was included in the estimate. He covered the steps so I would know what to expect when the painters arrived. The painting crew did excellent work. I struggled to find anything that needed a touch up during the final walk through. They cleaned up their scraps and trash daily. They kept me informed during the whole process. I highly recommend Alliance Painting and will definitely use them again.Alliance Painting
