  I'm going to be tough but fair.* When getting a quote for an exterior paint job, I was offered a "today only" discounted price. I don't particularly care for that sales tactic.* The painters came on December 9th and began work. Unfortunately it was a rainy few days and the rain contributed to some issues, but not all of them.* Communication with the painters (but not the project manager) was difficult because I did not speak Spanish and they did not speak English.* I felt there was some lack of attention to detail as I had to point out a Bondo repair spot near my back door twice because the first time it was not patched very well.* A small wasp nest on my siding was simply painted over.* They painted over some wood surfaces that still had old peeling paint (some of which was later fixed when I pointed it out).* A moderate paint spill was left in my front yard.* On the plus side I thought they did a good job replacing some rotting wood boards on my window frames and chimney, painting my front door, and painting most of the trim and fascia around the house.* After a few days of work (one day there was no work at all because it was a very rainy day), I signed off on the job. Unfortunately shorty after they left a brief rain shower came and did some damage to the new caulk and paint in several areas. They quickly agreed they needed to come back and fix these things.* On December 28th, after Christmas and a few days of freezing temperatures, a new painter came to address these issues (they asked if I wanted the same painters and I said no). I feel like the new painter did a better job and paid more attention to detail.So overall I believe a fair rating would be 4 out of 5. I do not feel the first painters did a 5-star job (due to issues mentioned above and some other issues I have not mentioned), but everyone was friendly and they came back out (without hassle) to fix the remaining issues that I pointed out (which included a total repaint of some areas).

  Your feedback is appreciated and we're so sorry there were issues after we were done. We do hang our hat on fixing issues like this when they happen. We appreciated that ****** allowed us to remedy his concerns. With regard to the "today only" price - we do offer this as a means of being efficient in our business. If we can secure the job at the initial appt, it saves us time in the future following-up, re-quoting, and going back to the home to finalize paperwork - but it isnt a requirement. It is a ************ for us and the customer. It is not high pressure; rather it's an opportunity for both of us to benefit from a faster decision. We respected ******* request for time to review and research the companies he was evaluating. He signed up with us 3 days later when he felt comfortable.
