      I have been dealing with the overcharge from this company for almost a year now. They keep fighting with insurance back and forth. Insurance has already told them that I am only supposed to pay part of the bill and that still trying to bill insurance for the same stuff over and over again. They dont want to adjust the amount in my account and just keep sending me the same huge illegal bill.

      Would give them 0 stars if possible. I never received a bill from them regarding a mammogram follow up I did in January '24, assumed my insurance covered it as I select the policies that cover the most and are the most expensive... and am now receiving a bill from a debt collector in May. I am 46 years old and have NEVER experienced such behaviors. No attempts to call my cell phone which I've had for over 20 years, no attempts to reach out to my doctor to confirm address, nothing. Not to mention I spent much time adding my new address into their new check-in computer system when you walk in PRIOR to any visit. Oh, and the bill is ONLY $40. Sent to a debt collector for the first time in my life for $40. This place should be ashamed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Actually, NO **************** as there have been no attempts to contact me.

      I've been billed for a place i've never been to before and i never noticed till i checked my credit Debit i was billed $131.00 for a place i've never even hears of before.
