      I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing my RV from *******..we quickly had some problems, we had to bring in our RV for warranty issues, the refrigerator not working, the stove actually broke free away from the counter while driving, AC not working. We were told it would take about 3/4 weeks...that was back in Oct 2024. Many phone calls and emails on our part and a few months later..we were told to finally come pick it up, but we got the 45 minutes from our house - and the fridge is still not working...now its is a wiring problem: more repairs. And more unanswered phone calls to check on progress, finally, we got someone to answer our calls, we can pick it up, but wait ...now the stove does not turn on! More unanswered calls while we wait and wait... then , after sitting there for months a hail storm comes along, an entire month goes by before they actually call us, not to return our calls but to tell us of the damage from a hail storm!! they call to tell us at that we have to call our insurance to make a claim ( mind you, they should NOT have even had our RV at this point!!) so we call our insurance. Our insurance sends them info of estimate we call and call again still trying to get a resolution....finally months later today!! we are now sitting in the waiting room, they have NOT done the repairs and we just want to take this load of scrap metal and to literally take it anywhere else for repairs...but unfortunately they cannot get the leveling to work. 'Horrible.' The young woman who was trying to help us was kind, but my question is where was the ghost of a manager?? The guy who doesn't return the calls? I would never leave my employee to handle customers who had been so screwed up by the company, such awful management!! Shame on you FunTown, shame on you! #Fun city isn't that fun. We have our RV home, the leveling still not working and still needing repairs. Thanks ******* for making our first RV experience our last RV purchase.

      I would not buy from fun town tv ever again. They messed up on all the paperwork. Everything they promised me was a lie. I payed extra for the trailer to be sealed and looked over by the service department. It was never done. They promised to put a new battery in it they did not. They told me the service department checked it out and everything was good but when I went over it I found the axles are bent, the gray water tank leaks, the self levelers in the back are broke off the frame and all the extra stuff I payed for the service department to do was never done. I contacted them to try to resolve this before I did a bad review and that got me nowhere. Im not the type to leave bad reviews but I feel like they robbed me.

      Fun town Rv is by far the most shady dealership I have ever dealt with. They lie blatantly ! They cut corners to save money regardless how it affects the customers. They do not care about relationships with their customers, only to take their money. Fun town rv in mineola Texas needs to be sued and closed downs were working on making that happen.

      Fun Town RV in Cleburne is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We went on a Friday to look at buying an rv, the first thing we told *** ****** was we dont want to see anything until seeing if we could be approved for financing. He did the paperwork and came back and told us we were approved for $25k or less with 10% down. We looked at a few and found the one we liked. Fast forward a couple days and told him we wanted to get it. All they were concerned about and constantly asking for me to put a deposit down. Before putting the deposit down I explicitly asked him again if we are 100% approved for the financing, and he said yes. Upon setting up a time to pick the rv the next day up since it was my only day off. I texted him saying I was on the way. Now the truth comes out that no financing has ever been approved. ABSOLUTE LIARS!!!!! They wasted a week of our time knowing we were on a time crunch. Went to one of their competitors down the street and picked out one that was actually more expensive and had the rv picked out and financing done and going home within a few hours. STAY AWAY THERES A REASON THEIR RATING IS A 1 STAR - ******* ****

      We were told by everyone that we talked to when we were looking to buy a new unit. We purchased a brand new 2025 ********** from them, and within one week we wish we had not. We need service and only was able to talk with one person, which is 120 miles extra to over 200 miles from the local Fun Town shop. After many calls to the local dealer, no call back. Take heed. Don't deal with Fun Town Cleburne.

      At this time Forest River has agreed to ship out the parts needed to the customer. We are more than willing to work with the customer on a same day install as best we can once those parts arrive.

      We moved from ***** to ********** and decided to start our New Mexico time in an RV. We settled on the Sanibel 3952FBWB because we were told the quality was above reproach, and it was designed with families and full-time RVers in mind and decided to go through FunTown RV in ****************. We were told this rig would be a great investment and regardless, we would be able to sell it back to the dealership for what we paid because this was such a hot rig. We have had NOTHING but issues with this rig since we had it delivered. Our shower floor cracked within the first 2 months, we have random screws just left under the beds, there are outlets that simply stopped working, the *** ports never worked, and we have outlet covers that have started coming out of the wall. We have reached out to every contact we could find and still have not heard back from ******* asking for help as the rig is only 7 months old. The sheer amount of problems make me feel we have a lemon. If I could do it over again, I would never even look at a PrimeTime RV or FunTown RV ever again.

      Totally unreliable - we bought a brand new Rv from Funtown rv in Cleburne and had issues we identified well within the warranty period one of which has never been fixed correctly. We are 2 years out and they are telling us we are outside their warranty despite it being something they did not fix correctly in the first place despite us taking in our unit to then 3 times, once for 6 months and the most recent for 4 months. It has been in the shop longer that we have had it at home at this point. We were originally told that since the issue was not fixed correctly during the warranty period and was ongoing and it was not a newly identified issue that the work request would be honored no matter how long it took to fix. But today they are telling us since the ** is now 2 years old we are out of luck and they are not standing by their original promise for the original fix being flawed.

      ******* ******, our Service Manager, recently spoke with the customer and clarified that, according to our records, both sides of the recliner were replaced under warranty, despite being out of warranty at the time. Additionally, the manufacturer informed us that they would no longer be honoring warranty claims for the recliner moving forward. 

      At this point, there is nothing further we can do to assist with repairs unless the customer is willing to cover the costs. We regret that we were unable to meet their expectations, but we must operate with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

      This is an ongoing issue that was supposed to be covered under warranty that was never fixed correctly from the time it was first identified (month 4 of warranty period) to the last time. Same issue - ongoing from the same first claim. Every time we picked it up we told them it was not yet fixed correctly. We understand they are saying no more claims but to us it is a continuation of the same claim and we have been very let down. Hence our negative review of Funtown rv which seems to be a theme in all the negative reviews we read. Caveat emptor!

      I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from Funtown RV in ********. I have had nothing but problems with ******* from the time I went to pick up my new camper. On the day of pickup we found the roof ladder was broken and the running lights on the trailer did not work. I wasted a half a day waiting at the dealership for the service department to repair my brand new never used camper which they were unable to do. Within a month the water heater went out.I hired a service man recommended by the dealership to come out and look at the water heater *********** man called ***** the *************** manager and I **** ***** verbally authorize the warranty replacement of the water heater. I had to pay the repairman $1,300 up front for the replacement and I was assured by Funtown they would reimburse me for it in 10 days. I waited a month and called the dealership last week looking for my check. They informed me that the reimbursement was denied because ***** did not get pre- approval for it from the manufacturer. I called Forest River to explain the situation and they agreed to reimburse me for the water heater at their cost as a good will gesture but not for the labor. Basically half of what I paid.I called ***** (after many hours of trying to reach him and multiple calls to him) and he apologized profusely for not getting the pre- approval required and offered to reimburse me the balance for a full refund. He said he would expedite the check request and have a check to me in 5 days. Today is the 5th day with no communication. I was finally able to speak with ***** ***** at the dealership who told me they didn't know if Corporate had approved the reimbursement or if the check had been processed. She would call to find out and get back to me. Still no response from ***** the service manager. I am now out $1,300 plus the interest on my credit card with no resolution in sight all because of incompetence, empty promises, and lack of communication on their part.

      Bought our new trailer from Fun Town RV ******** on April 11th 2024. We took one trip and the auto level jacks malfunctioned. Took it to the Fun Town Mega Center for repairs and it has been there ever since. Now over 4 months after our purchase we have no trailer and have received no notification from Fun Town about when and if we might get our trailer back. They are very accommodating before the sale but afterwords not so much or not at all.
