    In October eTollFree noticed an increase in monthly cost from $.99 to something like $7.95 On October 10 I terminated my service with them. I had a credit balance at that time.Instead of refunding my balance they charged my credit card $32.I now have a credit balance of $36. that they just won't return.Attached is my account status and my Nov 14th chat indicating their awareness of the issue and implying a refund would come soon.I have made a dozen follow-up requests thru their website chat with NO RESPONSE.I just want my balance sent

    Hello Mr ********* we do apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. There was an issue with your invoices were the last two invoices had not been billed for the month of September and the month of October. Your last payment on November the 3rd was in the amount of $33.12. This amount has been refunded to your credit card. We do thank you for being a customer for over 6 years and we do apologize that we had to increase our rate from 99 cents to $5.95. But as you know inflation has made it impossible for us to charge 99 Cents for a toll free number any longer. Thank you for your business.

    eTollFree's website is down. When their corporate HQ line is called, nobody answers. I believe they are out of business. My phone lines with them are down. I cannot fax. Their support chat line doesn't work. I have received no notice they are out of business.

    Good day! As for the complaint, we've had a system issue causing the website to have issues on the 1st of November and we responded the same day to let him know of the issue. The client was well informed same as with the fax. We did let him know that the fax feature will not going to be available for a while. He only chatted with us once and we informed the client about the issue. Also he sent us an email which we have responded as well.

    currently the toll free number 8557joseph/ ********** does not ring when called....and has been 3 weeks since I called in a complaint to etollfree.

    Hello, we do apologizefor the inconvenience but the request cannot be done as we do not have a setting that can resolve the customer request. We have already offered for him to use our other feature which is Call Screening but the client refused to do so. We have expalined the situation with the client already. Thank you.
