It was such a pleasure working with ****** and his team! They helped us troubleshoot issues with our phone system. They were quick to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. The team was efficient and professional well definitely be working with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

1 starWARNING: You must pre-load your account with money, you cannot pay directly. They did not refund my pre-loaded amount.I've been with eTollFree.net since mid 2020, and my experience was not ******* I decided to relegate this number to sending and receiving faxes only, except their fax feature broke since November of 2022. They said they were working on it so I kept my account active in hopes that they would fix it soon.When they raised their pricing 6-fold in late 2024, and STILL have not fixed their fax issues, I asked to close my account and have my money refunded.They said that because I pre-loaded my account more than 90 days ago, they won't refund my money. 5 starsSo far so good! I spoke to their sales manager ****** and she was great. She split my internet and phone **** in half, saving my business a ton of money. She was accommodating, and informative, and got my service up and running in a week. I haven't had any problems yet. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to her for help.
