    would give zero stars if possible. basically, this company stole my money after i purchased Bitcoin at one of their ATMs. theres no way to contact them as they have disappeared on the internet. their website is up but all points of contact are shut down. bogus. wack. stay away from this entity.

    They deserve negative stars. I tried calling support and they wanted my credit card information. I never gave them a credit card. They wanted my address. They wanted my social. Everything. Is this a company to steal identities? Never mind not getting the *** I purchased!

    They deserve 0 stars I have deposited thousands on this atm and its never a smooth process. They need to be shut out of business for playing with peoples money for so long and promising to send your money withing "60" minutes it's complete BS and lies. I have been waiting for a deposit for almost 2 days now and also lost the opportunity to purchase an NFT thanks to Coinsource and their horrible service.     NO STARS I used Coinsource Bitcoin ATM on *********** money still havent been received in the wallet I sent it to. Its said to arrive in 60 minutes on day of sending & Ill be notified by text when in the bitcoin wallet. *****s a 11% fee for the transaction & what I keep getting in response We understand the frustration the delay is causing and our team is hard work trying to get this resolved. Unfortunately we are experiencing delays with transactions. Our engineers are doing all that they can to get the delay cleared. Please take note that once the delay is cleared, the transaction will be processed appropriately and to the wallet that was scanned at the time of the transaction. We appreciate your patience in this matter repeatedly. I have looked around on ******* & other reviews & this has been going on for months. I have used them before maybe 3-4 years ago & there was no issues & why I use them this time. it been 3 days for ********** for others. ***** machines are still taking money with no announcement or anything saying theyre having delay issues. Theyre still accepting money but money isnt being delivered. Please check into this, thank you.

    I tried atm. Mistake. 1st I had to create an acct with them. Ok, I understand with money fraud etc. So to create acct. I had to enter phone #, email, then take photo of my licence front and back and a selfie.So I do this and 30 minutes later I receive a mssg saying my selfie is invalid. Needs to be a realtime photo. I respond to customer service saying that the selfie was taken in realtime. They reply with start the whole process over. Phone #, sms code, license pics, selfie.So I begrudgingly do the same thing over. That was approx. 15 hours ago. Still I have not had any response. Anyone thinking ATM transaction will be convienent or quick, think again.Wow just heard back as I was proofreading this mssg. They said I am active now.I am still going to leave this review for the trouble I had to go through.
