    This company operates under a pattern of deception, retaliation, and financial misconduct. We placed a custom order based on a $1,732 quote. After paying the deposit, we received an inflated invoice nearing $2,700—charging us for services never rendered (self taken measurements fee), an unrequested rush fee, and even "fees" for emailing and asking for a photo of the product. These are fabricated costs.
    When we reasonably requested a photo before final payment (a basic industry norm), the merchant refused, disabled card payments, demanded cash, and added an undisclosed $75 surcharge. We canceled the order due to breach of contract.
    Instead of honoring the cancellation, the merchant fabricated new charges, sent retaliatory invoices, and excluded all post-cancellation correspondence from their defense in the chargeback. The record trail is deliberately misleading and incomplete.
    This vendor also ignored numerous requests for proof of work. At no point was a photo, fabric sample, or status update provided. No product was ever delivered.
    We are not an isolated case. Just read the 1-star BBB and Trustpilot reviews by ******* ****, *****, ***** *****, and ******* ********. All tell the same story:
    -Unexpected charges after payment
    -Missed deadlines
    -Refusal to show the product
    -Ghosting customers after full payment
    -Threatening or blaming customers who speak up
    Darius C******’s responses to complaints are copy-pasted, patronizing, and legally intimidating—never substantively addressing the documented failures. They misuse the phrase “terms and conditions” to conceal breaches of contract, concealment of goods, and refusal to perform.
    This business has no physical showroom, no transparent fulfillment process, and no accountability. The Better Business Bureau exists to warn consumers about precisely this kind of misconduct. We urge BBB to investigate this vendor for repeat consumer abuse, and we strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

    The experience with this dress was absolutely amazing! When I first put it on, I was in awe of how beautiful it was. The thought of jumping into the ocean while wearing it seemed almost impossible because I didnt want to ruin such a stunning piece. Surprisingly, many people assumed that my partner and I had just gotten married earlier that day. It really felt like the dress was a symbol of such a special moment, and we had an unforgettable time.Whats even more incredible is that, after the event, I simply threw the dress into my washing machine, and to my delight, it didnt shrink or lose its shape at all! I was so impressed with the quality and how well it held up. I absolutely adore this dresstheres just something so timeless and perfect about it.     I have saved Darius information for a few years in hopes I would one day need a dress for my special day. Well, that day finally arrived and I was thrilled to be able to ask this company to create my dream dress. I made sure to give them plenty of time to make my dress. It came a few months before the wedding. The fit was perfect the first time I tried it on. I could not have been more thrilled.
