      I ordered a couch from ******* on May 22. The expected delivery date was June 4-10. JW logistics received my couch on June 5th. I havent heard anything from them. The delivery date got pushed back to between the 8-13 and then again to June *****. This means its just been sitting there for 2 weeks and communication has not been made. Delivery date just continues to be pushed back. I have called twice, left voicemails and no one has reached back out to me. I am a woman & live on the 4th floor of my apartment complex. I need to set up getting my current couch out & having someone here to help me bring this new couch up the last flight of stairs since wayfair delivery services only bring large items up the first 2 flights of stairs. Long story short, communication is absolutely terrible seeing as there has been none & they just push the delivery date back with no explanation.

      Jw logistics has to be the worst delivery company in *****************. I was supposed to receive my shower doors on 09/14/2023. Crete Trucking delivered them to jw logistics on 09/11/2023 in ********* ***** and it's 09/25/2023 and jw logistics still haven't delivered them. I have called multiple times they never answer the phone and don't respond to my voice mail or multiple emails that I have left them. I have contractor's coming 09/29/2023 to do the job. This is ridiculous!! Jw logistics gets negative stars.

      Absolutely awful. I made a purchase through Wayfair and needed to return my item. JW Logsitics was assigned to the pickup. They reached yesterday evening by text to advise my delivery was scheduled between 8am-12pm. I replied advising that it was a return pickup, and they confirmed, stating the wrong template was submitted. Took off work, waited around all morning. Never received a text, phone call, NOTHING. Called, numerous times, unable to reach them and they leave you in the dark! Have yet to hear from them. Going out of the country tomorrow and needed this picked up today. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL company. Will be voicing my concerns to ************* of directors to discontinue the use of this carrier.

      Jw Logistics was supposed to be delivering an item I had ordered. It said it was received at the shipping facility and supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago- so I called to inquire, but no one ever answers the phone at this company and they do not respond to messages. The lack of communication is ridiculous and it appears this is a common theme with this company. I had to push back my contractor because I had no idea where my item was and now I have to cancel and re-order.

      JW logistics are not available to answer calls ever. No planning , Homedepot must stop using such a irresponsible service provider. JW logistics must be investigated by BBB for customer dissatisfactions

      As a *** driver for 26 years I appreciate those willing to do their job with a smile. It was so nice to have ****** deliver my **** Deere equipment... Wow, talk about an uplift, just pleasant and grateful for life! And he made the delivery just where I wanted it. He should be in the office inspiring more people with his attitude!       Had delivery out of ***** and they were awesome. Assembly was quick and employees were respectful. Definitely recommend.
