      Both the office staff and **** the driver were very helpful. I needed the item by a specific time or no one could have been there to receive the delivery of my large 72 bath vanity. They were very accommodating and responded to my texts for assistance quickly. Great experience!

      Was given a wide (12-hour) delivery window, but pre-delivery communication was excellent. Actual delivery process very courteous and professional. Driver placed my item exactly where I wanted it!

      Ordered grill in box delivery, 180 lbs., aftergetting a defective pre-assembled at store model. Delivery was several days ahead of schedule. Received delivery coming tomorrow, you will receive heads up when 30 minutes out Thursday night. Friday they rang doorbell, no heads up call - this dropped one star. Caught delivery guy as he was placing huge box on porch. He asked where I wanted it, and promptly, carefully, put it just inside garage door exactly where I wanted it, in excellent condition. Very good service, would have been excellent with heads up call.

      If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a bathtub and surround from Home Depot--only bathtub was delivered, no shower surround. They show delivered-I stood and watched the delivery person deliver only the bathtub and watched him take a picture of it--have tried several times to get ahold of someone about this but to no avail.

      **** LOGISTIC is the worst company for delivery i have ever work with .When you call they the phone just rings. They called me and set up a date for delivery , took the day off and they never showed up . Got ahold of a manager she set up a new appointment because the girl who did the schedule forgot to add me . The next day( not the delivery day ) the driver from **** Logistic called me 3 x at work to delivery . I explained that I had a delivery date on June 6. He called me back so again I had to leave work to go home for the delivery. When i get there he is not there and I call him back he is pulled over by the police. When he finally gets to my house he was the rudest person ever . I asked for them to put it in the Kitchen he said it wouldn't fit (which it did) so I asked for them to put in living room against the wall . They put it in the middle of my living room . I ask can you please move it to the side the driver replied " its a 300 pound item " . I moved it by myself when they left . I will never order from ********** and have it delivered again . Don't use this trucking company

      Hi *****, We apologize to hear about your experience and the trouble you experienced with your delivery. We did try to schedule your delivery for 6/1 as requested but due to the holiday we were not able to complete the delivery however we were able to get it scheduled on the 2nd . Due to the size of your item we did not to schedule your delivery on a date where we would have a 2 man crew. Your order was listed as a threshold delivery. A threshold is a delivery where the item is placed right over the first threshold such as the front door, garage, or back gate. Our driver did place the item as instructed by our protocol. We are sorry to hear that he was rude to you when the delivery was made and will do an investigation on this allegation as we do not condone any kind of behavior that does not meet our customer service guidelines. Again we do apologize for your experience and if there is anything else we can do please reach out to us via email *******************************************

      Ordered two products from ********** (*********) that were meant to go together: a shower floor pan and a 3-panel shower wall. The floor pan was delivered on time. The shower wall delivery date keeps getting rescheduled. Our bathroom remodeling project could have been finished by the first week of May had the wall arrived on time. Mind you, this is the only one bathroom in my parents 1960's built home. They have to travel to my home just to shower, because my dad can't finish the project. He's also turning 70 years old by June. I wonder: How much longer do we have to wait to receive the wall, and did we accidentally purchase a very expensive photo of a 3-panel shower wall that included a delivery fee? It hurts that I have to put a star just to be able to write a review.

      I placed two orders from *********** The first order made it to the shipping company and the company sent it back. The reason told to ********** was the company tried to deliver the package and tried calling and email. This was not done. I was at home waiting for the package and the company did not show up and did not attempt to call. The company then told ********** that they accidentally put it on the wrong truck and it was sent back to home depot.The second package now was supposed to arrive on May 3, 23. That date was changed to the 8th, then 9th and now not until sometime on the 11th to 15th. The shipping company told ********** that because I live in a rural area they will not deliver my package as scheduled or promised. They will deliver it when they can. That is what was told to *********** The company has not responded to my emails or calls. I would have worked with them if they only answered my calls or emails. I would have even met with them in ****************. Since the company refused to deliver on time I wondered if I am the only one they are doing this to. I should not matter if I live in the city or rural area the company should deliver what they are supposed to deliver and on time. The are under contract to deliver not delay.

We did receive your second item on 5/3 and was able to get it delivered to you on 5/11. We do have certain dates of service that we go out to areas and your area happens to be one that we do not visit very frequently but our local team did work diligently to make sure that you did receive your item as soon as possible.
