First time using Trident. It was a very good experience. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They have had to order parts for the shower system and will complete the job when they arrive.

From routine maintenance to unexpected emergencies, theyve handled it all with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. Its rare these days to find a company that treats you like more than just another job, but Trident has always made us feel like valued customers. Theyre prompt, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. We never have to worry when we call them, its peace of mind every single time. ******* and the team at Trident Plumbing were amazing to work with. They installed new fixtures in multiple bathrooms throughout our home (5 sinks, 2 bathtubs and 1 shower). I started using Trident Plumbing within the last year, and I am happy I did! I called ******** regarding a double sink that was not draining and a leaking commode. ******** fit me into a tight schedule and, though, I told him I was okay if I was pushed to Monday, **** and Dakota let me know when they were going to be able to come. Both were professional (my experience with Trident employees) and I always appreciate that they take the time to explain everything to me.
