      Trident Plumbing came by today and adjusted the temperature on our water heater. We have used them several times and they are always punctual and professional. Their prices are reasonable and they always take the time to educate us on the work they are doing and other useful information. I highly recommend Trident for any plumbing needs.

      Can't say enough about Trident Plumbing. Courteous, professional, on time. Explained what the problem was, the options to fix it and how long it would take. Did not try to upsell **. Answered questions clearly so we could understand what was being done and why. Took the time to check our tankless water heater and explain about how to keep it running best, as well as offered suggestions for a pump to get ** hot water quicker.
      Our service techs were ****** and his trainee ****, both men were awesome. They were quick and really nice, loved our pups too! ****** is well spoken and really great at explaining everything. I would welcome them both back in our home for future service needs.
      A word about the office staff. Cally is warm and professional. She took the time to explain the schedule, how busy the techs are right now with the ***** weather wreaking havoc with plumbing right now and got out service done as quickly as possible.
      Pricing was very reasonable as well. We would highly suggest calling Trident Plumbing for any job big or small.

      I needed to troubleshoot the pilot light on my water heater. ******** fixed it in less than 2 minutes...something I had spent hours YouTubing and researching. Money well spent hiring a professional!!

      Trident has done several plumbing jobs for us and we have been very satisfied. Their work is excellent and I like the fact that they look at the situation and give you a price right then. Also, their work is of excellent quality and they are punctual.
