      Thanks to Telecalm it has made my family feel that my mom is safe and protected from all the scams and threats that were coming without this system! This is the BEST PROTECTION I could have ever given my family! My family is so grateful to have this system in place. I have passed it on to some of my friends who have asked about how we control the incoming calls! My my is 93 and is very independent and asked if we could help control all the calls. There were up to 100 calls a day, everyday and these are no longer happening. The system was fairly easy to set up and any issues we may have had were immediately resolved! This should be offered to everyone who has an aging parent to help set their minds at ease. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

      My mother has dementia, which leads to much confusion and agitation. My Mom was often irritated by random, unsolicited calls from individuals and robo systems, all seeking to scam or pressure her into some action. Her complaints caused me stress as I did not know what to do to ease her frustrations. Then, through some searching online, I found teleCalm. I was hesitant at first, but I watched a few of the videos about the product and decided, let's get it a try. Well, it was the best thing I could have done. teleCalm, overnight, ended this stress by blocking unwanted calls. Not only blocking calls but giving me and my sister a level of control over ***'s phone like never before. You create an approved call list, which insures only the people you want to reach you or your love one. You can also limit those out going calls as well. The cost, well I have found it to be equivalent to the service provided by any of the national brands. If you have a loved one who may have some issues surrounding phone use, do yourself a favor and check teleCalm out.

      I recommend this app to anyone who struggles with a loved one who has dementia. My grandmother is 85, she would get 100 scam calls a day. Which would lead her to calling 911. I believe in one day she had called at least 30 times because of the scam calls she would get. I was on the verge of pulling my hair out until I found Telecalm. Now I'm able to controll who calls her who she can call and how many times she calls them. This App has been amazing, and one thing I can take my mind off of and not worry about. If you need help the customer service is very friendly and which to respond. Thank you TELECALM! ***

      Telecalm saved the day! My parents were getting nearly 80 calls a day from scammers. The phone rang non stop. And the number of times we had to report fraud to ******** was getting to be a full-time job. We tried other call blocking devices but they were practically useless given the way scammers can now spoof numbers. Now with Telecalm, we can block all numbers except those we trust. It has given us great peace of mind to know that my parents can answer the phone without worry. I highly recommend it for anyone wishing to block out unwanted calls.

      My family cannot imagine a world without teleCalm! This service has been so successful in dealing with security issues involving my mom's phone. Over the past few years my elderly mom has been the victim of telemarketers, robocalls and scams. We have had to close checking accounts, contact the police, and Social Security numerous times. My mom would answer every call that came in and engage in conversation with anyone who was trying to scam her. We would leave notes near her phone telling her not to answer if she didn't know the caller, but inevitably she would answer and subscribe to something, buy something, or worse, give personal information to scammers. In my search for a solution I found teleCalm, and it has changed our lives. We now have peace of mind knowing that all the calls coming in are from people we know and have given access to. As the administrator of the account, I can see who calls in and who she calls, as well as hear any voicemail from someone trying to reach her. The setup is easy, and there is nothing for my mom to learn or do differently. She just answers the phone as she always did, but now it's secure. **************** is top notch. Any time I have had an issue (which is not often), I can reach out to teleCalm and a representative contacts me very quickly to resolve any problem. The fee for the service is nominal and well worth it for the safety of my mom.I recommend this product to anyone with issues dealing with robocalls or scammers, whether it's for yourself or an aging loved one.

      teleCalm 110% solved such a serious issue for my family. My Mom is in her 80s and lives independently. My two siblings and I all noticed a significant increase in call volume into her home phone over the last 5 years or so. When we visited her, we sometimes entered to find her on the phone with people she did not know providing information. We could not coach her out of this practice. To be fair, I have come to realize that the sophistication that con artists and telemarketers has gotten quite good in many instances. I searched for months for a solution. Each potential solution I researched never panned out as something we believed would solve our issues. Thank goodness, we then found teleCalm. I knew within the first two days after installing the service our problems were over and we have not had a worry about this problem since. No more dangerous inbound calls. Another unexpected benefit is that the plan we have has an app that allows me to monitor phone activity at my Moms house. I live several hours from my Mom, while my siblings live much closer. So, when Moms doctors office calls, I let my sister know so she can be sure *** makes appointments. And one morning after a hard freeze I saw Moms next-door neighbor had called her 3 times. I called right away to find out the water line into her house had frozen. One call to my brother and he got right on a fix plan. I recommend teleCalm for anyone in their 70s or older. It is so important for people to stay connected, but these days it is far too dangerous not to protect them while they do. We continually thank our lucky stars we found teleCalm.
