    ************ LOST A REMOTE FOR THE ***** HE WAS DRIVING, AND IT HAD TO BE PAID FOR, ************ ADVISED IT WAS ANOTHER DRIVER, SO WE GOT BOTH DRIVERS TOGREATHER TO TALK ABOUT IT AND ************ AGREED  TO PAY FOR HALF OF IT WITCH HIS LAST CHECK WOULD NOT COVER.  *********** WAS HIRED ON COMMISSION WITCH MEANS HE DID NOT GET PAID UNLESS HE WAS TOWING, AT THE **** WE WHERE NOT BUSY EXCEPT ON THE WEEKENDS AND EITHER HIS PHONE DID NOT WORK OR HE WANTED SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE THE CALL, WITCH HE DID DRIVE A WRECKER HOME TO TAKE CALLS, SO THAT WAS ON HIM.

    On Sunday of 04/16/2023,I called my AAA insurance to served me with a towing for my motorcycle that I bought , they quoted me after talking to the provider (Gilbert wrecker) $56 , after the tow truck show up hr give me a different quote for the over mileage of $175.50 because the over mileage is 39 miles , and been told that my insurance cover for $500 , after I agree with that he star hooking up my motorcycle and I can tell the driver has no experience and doesn't know what his doing and star damaging my MT and he used a stapes because doesn't have the specific tools to handle the MT , after that start heading his way to my place located in ************* what is 139 miles from the pick up place what it was *************************************************************************, I decided to let my insurance know that he over charge me and damage my MT as well , after that my insurance want to hear an explanation about why the coted been given at the first time wasn't the same at the second time, he told them that it's a motorcycle and needs a specific tools, after a while of that the owner called me and changed his price again from $175.50 to $ 400 just because he got mad and knowing that I agree to pay $175.50 and we have an agreement and the motorcycle on ready been picked up with prouve of pictures of that , asked me to pay $400 and in cash and before dropping off my MT , and asked me to not call my insurance again because if I did he will impound my MT just because he got mad , but I did contact them again and try to got just explanation why he's doing this to me , after all this I called them right the way again and asked them about giving me the receipt after paying the $400 dollars but he refused saying there is no receipt and that I choose the wrong answer and he will impound the motorcycle and charge me another$399 for an illegal impound and storage fee , asked me to come the next day bring in prouve of ownership and $799 in cash if I want to get my MT back . All this it won't happened if he asked me for the $400 as an extra over mileage at the first time because I won't agree and I can found my own company . He keep saying that I shouldn't be here and he's racist because my name is ******** and told me to go back to my country what it's a huge abuse of my right , now I'm asking as a us resident to get my MT back and fixed the damaged that they caused, dropped off all illegal charges

    THIS **** WAS NOT TALKED TO LIKE THAT AT ALL, HE WAS TRYING TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD AND GOT CAUGHT, AAA IS THE ONE THAT TOLD US TO IMPOUND THE **** DUE TO HIM REFUSING TO PAY AND CUSSING MY DRIVER OUT.

    I am rejecting this response because:   AAA insure me that they never asked them to impounded it , I have audio and prouve that I was willing to pay and they told me that has no driver for that night , I paid an illegal impound fee requesting cash only , and the impound was a the gas station and I have a prouve of it , so everything is illegal plus they damaged the all motorcycle

    AAA IS THE ONE THAT TOLD US TO IMPOUND THE ****** IT WAS NOT AT A GAS STATION IT WAS IN OUR STORAGE LOT, AND WE WHERE ALSO TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER THAT AAA WOULD PAY ** 2 CALLS TO TOW IT TO ***, WITCH WAS A LIE, I ASKED THE CUSTOMER TOO GET THAT IN WRITING OF THE 2 CALLS TO PAY ** HE WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT, ALL THAT IS GOING ON HERE IS THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO SLANDER ** BECAUSE HIS AAA DID NOT DO WHAT HE TOLD THEM TO DO, HE SHOWED UP HERE IN *********** REPERSENTING A TOW COMPANY THAT HE WORKS FOR IN ***, SO I THINK IF THIS DOES NOT STOP I WILL TURN THIS OVER TO MY ATTONERY AND WILL *** FOR SLANDER AND DEFLAMATION OF CHARACTER, WE HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG OTHER THAN INSURANCE FRAUD.
