Do not do business with this bunch! They will overcharge you big time. They towed my car after an accident. They charged me $525 to tow it to their lot, that was 10 miles away. When I asked them later to tow it to my house, she said $280 more. I called another company and they towed it for $140. I do not recommend that you use this company. Poor customer ********************** and will **** you on the price.

I called AAA because I was stranded and asked the wrecker service to take me to the nearest Kia *********** However it was Sunday and the dealership was closed. The driver offered to take my car to his shop, and I figured that would be fine. Over the week I called them each day to get a check up on the status, since no one was reaching out to me and each day I got to wondering. When I called, I got a different story each time from their receptionist. First, I spoke to a man who told me he was looking at it. Next day a woman told me the mechanic had left on a job, next day, they had not got a chance to look at it, the mechanic working on it had just left "on a job" again, and after they told me they were looking at it, the receptionist told me that they only had 1 mechanic who hadn't looked at it at all! After 4 days I was completely fed up and tired of calling them and getting a run-around response. Finally the owner's wife overheard her talking to me and took over the call. They called me the NEXT day telling me it was ready to pick up and they had replaced the spark plugs; and for the dis-service, they were doing it free of charge. So I drive 2 hours out to *********** to pick it up. As soon as I turn the car on, it starts sputtering, and a mile up the road it will not accelerate or change gears. So I baby it over to the nearest gas station and call to have it towed by their towing service. $570 and a week later my car is still broken. Wish I had never agreed to let them take my car to their shop.
