    I tried to purchase a new RV Trailer and had put down $500 deposit on 22 Feb 2024. Crestview has been unable to get me financing and I asked for my $500 deposit back, but have heard no response regarding my deposit nor got my money back. I want my refund of the $500.

    We purchased a RV cash from there Buda store and have had nothing but horrible customer service and they have only tried to get more money out of ** and taken several months to make the repairs since they arent making anything off of it. We have had to drop off our RV for repairs twice so far the first time took over 3 months to get it back and the this second time it had taken over 7 months and the repairs have still not been made and we were just informed they dont even have the parts for the repairs after they have had it for over 2 months and they were supposed to have ordered the parts back in October of 2022. Totally incompetent business. Will never do business with them again after we receive our RV back which we will be lucky if its by August at this point.

    I wanted you to know that there was same ****** stuff going on at the Georgetown store. My fianc. And I got a camper which we are happy with but as soon as I signed and was about to let her sign the finance guy told us she wasnt on the loan. If we was told ahead of time we probably wouldve of waited or talked it over. But we didnt even get the chance. He should have told us that we couldnt get the loan with her on it. I even asked and told it wasnt a problem. Is it your policy to do a bait and switch. Or hide stuff from the customer or hide things from them. The more I think of it the more its aggravating. One main reason. We did this was to help build up her credit back. Also according to the guy we that did the walk around with us the camper wasnt inspected and I could tell. I found dirt and sawdust under the bed and in most the cabinets. The storage place under the fold out couch doesnt stay in place and the hinges on the outside grill are ****************. I cut my hand on somthing sharp trying to fold out the bed.

    I do understand your concern regarding your interaction with our finance department while finalizing your recent purchase. I spoke with the finance manager that you dealt with when you signed your loan and he confirmed your desire to purchase the trailer with your fianc on the loan as a co-buyer. He does remember talking to you on Sept 14th which was the day after you first came in and decided on trailer that you purchased regarding your credit rating vs your fianc's.  He stated that during that conversation he informed you that he was not able to acquire financing with having you and your fianc on the loan, but could do it with just you on the loan. This approval was based on you being able to provide pay-stubs supporting your stated income level, which at that time you provided those documents.  I know that there was some time pasted between this conversation and you actually contracted and picked up your trailer on the 24th. I was also under the impression that this situation was also discussed a the time you signed your loan documents. I am sorry for this misunderstanding and or miscommunication, I reviewed our policies with the finance manager and stressed how important is is for our communication regarding issues like this be clear and consist. 

    Regarding this issues with the trailer that you listed in your complaint, I have already discussed with my detail team the importance of checking under the bed and in the cabinets for production debris left by the manufacture. The storage place part not staying in place and the hinges will need to be looked at by one of my technicians, please let me know when it would be convenient for you to come by and let us take a look at these items as well as what you may have cut your hand on under the fold out bed.
