    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!Making the sale is a priority but once you sign, the service is over.We bought our RV new in April 2022. After we signed everything, we did the walkthrough. They broke the desk when closing the slides and broke one of the fender skirts that was decoration. All of this before our walkthrough!They promised to send someone to our location to fix it since we only live 3-5 miles away.After 6 months of back-and-forth phone calls and texts, they finally came one time only because they wanted to fix a recall, the guy came with the wrong parts and kept promising he would come to fix it. He fixed the recall and never returned to fix our desk or fender skirt. Every time they promised to come, My wife or I took off work those days and they never showed up. They wont keep their word.I even asked if they could give me the parts and Ill fix it myself and still no answer. Every time I talk to them or they send someone I get the same excuse: We dont have that part, we have to order itThey sent a man in December who took pictures and promised to return in a month once the part arrives, I aint heard anything!It has been 2.5 years! And they still havent fixed it. This is the most absurd customer service I have ever experienced. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!!!Crestview RV is a joke.Every time I post this on ******, I get the same reply:Thank you for your review. Im sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience but I really appreciate you bringing this to my attention. We would like the opportunity to talk and investigate your feedback. Please contact us......WHEN I CALL OR EMAIL THEM, I GET NO RESPONSE, OR I GET A BUNCH OF **********'s already been investigated! Parts are supposedly ordered and yet they go missing apparently? And they get reordered? THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR WORD! COMPENSATE ME FOR YOUR SERIOUS MISTAKES AND DAMAGES CAUSED TO MY RV!

    i am so very sorry for the frustrating experience that you have had in getting these issues addressed on your recreational vehicle. I am not sure where the breakdown has occurred but I am willing to make this right.

    As per our conversation on Monday the 18th, I have had one of my lead techs reach out to you on multiple occasions in an attempt to inspect your issues and get this matter resolved. I have even left you a message today with no response. Please return our calls so that we can take care of this matter.

    Sir,If you really would like to make this right. Provide compensation for the stress and problems the employees caused me and my wife and the damage done to our RV the day we signed the ******* I mentioned on Monday the 18th, we have been through this process 3 times already, and nothing was done. I do not wish to go through this a 4th time and miss work again. Your employees never show up and I lose income from missing work. Also, I have tried calling your tech several times, but she never answered. If you want to solve this problem, provide compensation and send me the parts so I can fix it myself.

    Crestview ** is terrible when it comes to customer service in general. On the 28th of March we dropped off our ** at Crestview ** under the advice from Coachmen to repair our 2022 Leprechaun TPMS error on the rear wheels. It had been at a **** Dealership but the contact from Coachmen said the problem was on the ** side. When I called Crestview the service person I spoke to said he knew about the problem. When we arrived the person ******, said he knew what the problem was, and they had fixed about 10 of them. Before we left, I gave ****** the name and phone number of the individual for Coachman. Told him to contact him and that he would provide the instructions and parts for the repair. I called on Friday April 12 at 9:40 AM. No response, this makes the second time we have gone to the dealer and seems they have a two week stonewall when they do nothing. The last time we took our rv in it took them two months for repair to be completed mainly because their tardiness in ordering the necessary parts. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ************

    as per our conversation on the 16th.   The situation with your unit was unique in the fact that it effected all 4 rear sensors.  In the previous situations with the **** system fault only effected 1 sensor. This unit had to go through the complete diagnostic process to insure that the recommended repair would be adequate.  The repair will entail replacing both the radio and the rear view mirror. These items were placed on order shortly after you dropped off your unit on April 3rd and due to the fact that a different radio unit was specified than in the previous repairs, we experienced a delay in ordering of the part. The parts are due in next week. I do apologize for the delay in ************, the diagnostic process is lengthy and requires for the unit to be driven 20 miles at a time.   We hope to have you camping soon!

    Completely disappointed and disgusted by our experience at Crestview ** in Georgetown and will never set foot in one of their stores again based on the rude, unprofessional, and dishonest behavior of Dusty ********* and the rest of the service department staff. Dusty lied to us, and lied to Jayco who was trying to coordinate approved warranty work which Dusty initially agreed to do then told us he wouldn't do after the ** had been sitting in their service department for quite some time. After Jayco agreed to repairs we were told that because of the time it takes for them to pay they will decline performing the work and refused repairs without cause, we then offered to pay for the repairs ourselves and get reimbursed by Jayco but He was unwilling to offer any help or solution to us on a unit for which they are an authorized repair facility and dealer for. As an authorized repair center we were amazed that they refused service.Upon picking our ** up to take it elsewhere for repairs, we found urine and f**** in and around our toilet which had been emptied and thoroughly cleaned prior to drop off at Crestview. They stated that no one there could have done that after the Coach was out of our possession and on their lot for a more than a month. They did agree to perform a cleaning and sanitization service of the system, but still took no responsibility and added an extra 3 hours to what should have been a 5 minute pick up process. At every level, this was a terrible and unprofessional experience. We will never step foot at Crestview ever again and would caution others to avoid them at all costs as well.
