I worked with ***** ******* from Sales, ****** **** for the ******************* and ***** for the installation of the system. I enjoyed working with all 3 and if I ever want to expand my system, I would be happy to work with any or all of them.

I had a very pleasant experience working with ***** ***. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer most of my questions immediately or find the answers I needed in a short amount of time. At this time, I am waiting on installation, if it continues to go as planned I will keep this review a 5 star otherwise I update the stars as I perceive to be fair.Solar SME

My system had a problem with my Enphase Gateway on my SME solar power system. It prevented my being able to get any information about how my system was operating. I contacted Compliance Supervisor, ***** **** and he ensured that the issue was corrected.A new IQ Gateway CR PCB was sent to me via *** Ex and Faris contracted a local Electrician to remove old circuit board and install and dedicate the new one. The fix went well and the system is back in service again. Thank you *****.Solar SME

I bought my system last year and they've been great from beginning to end. The first set of panels arrived broken because the shipper didn't pack them correctly and Solar SME ensured I had another set within a week. They have been on the spot when I've had issues and just left after doing on site repairs. Their people are polite and professional at all times. Great company and peopleSolar SME

Raza was fantastic! We could not have been more pleased with how smooth the process was for getting our two non-functioning microinverters replaced. We have a system of 55 panels and have been trying to get them replaced for 6 months before finding Solar SME. Every step of the way was easy peasy and we are very pleased with the professional, friendly, and efficient service we received. They are our company of record in our Enphase account and we will be calling them when we add to our system (we are phasing out all our gas appliances and we add to the system as we do. We are down to just the water heater and the cooktop. (Dryer is heat pump and extremely efficient). Call Raza at SME and you will not be disappointed.Solar SME
