    On 9-10-2024 I ordered 2 women size large bras from Litex Fulfillment. Received items on 10-2-2024. The bras were shipped from ***** and are not a women size L in US standards. I am sending pictures showing the small size. A women's size large in US is 30" circumference, these bras are 20" circumference. They don't even fit a small girl.I sent 5 emails - they asked for pictures showing tag size, all sent with pictures attached. On 10-8-2024 I received an email from **** ****** CSR at Litex denying return or refund of items stating I ordered a large and they sent size large. (Again not US ** but ********** I am requesting full refund of $48.74. They only want to provide 20% back. Not Acceptable.

    Litex Industries is a designer, manufacturer and importer of ceiling fans, lighting fixtures and outdoor furniture. We do not manufacture bra's/clothing.

    Purchased item online from Litex Fulfillment on September 10, 2024.I ordered 2 women size large bras. See picture attachment with ruler for size.A woman's size large bra is 30" around, the bras from Litex Fulfillment measure 20" around, these bras do not even fit an 8 year old girl.I am asking to return the bras for a full refund of my $48.74. These bras are from ***** and are not true to size. This is false advertising!

    I purchased a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan model EUK60MBK10LR on 11/05/2021 from Lowes order ********* that has a limited lifetime warranty. Recently the fan started making a clicking noice when spinning with the sounds coming from the motor. I made sure that all fan blades were tight and that the issue was not coming from anywhere else to make sure, and it was definitely coming from the motor. I called to make a warranty claim and the customer service rep was very quick to try and dismiss that anything was wrong with the fan and pass liability off on Lowes. I would like this company to honor there warranty and replace my fan that is defective.
