    Paid company to create a website and they started but did not complete the project without explanation or notice. Have not responded to text, emails, etc in over 5 weeks.

    He scam me out of ***** usd and didn't answer his calls nor text nor email . He was suppose to make me a mobile app . I haven't heard from him going on 2 weeks . I don't want to do business with him . I just want my money back . He also uses wix.com market to scam alot people who has register businesses

    I hired Fifteen Twenty USA on Dec 10, 2023 to build me a website.At first the communication was good, but eventually the communication became less, then no communication at all. I had a meeting with ***** from Fifteen Twenty USA on Mar 11th, with some take away to complete. I booked a follow up meeting with him on Mar 14th but no show. I sent an email and a text, no reply. I booked another meeting Mar 15th, again no show. Sent a text and email, still no response. I had another meeting booked for Mar 19th, again, no show and no response from my text. When he did finally attended the meeting on Mar 20th he did not acknowledge or even apologize for the lack of communication. He was just rude. None of the take away from our meeting on Mar 11th was even completed. I requested a site transfer of ownership, but it's still has not been transferred. I have paid $1560.00 for a website that is not complete and that I don't own. The site is no longer in my account. They removed the site and I no longer have access to it, but all the business/personal information and payment information is on that site, that I have no access too. WIX is unable to assist in getting the site ownership transferred, they don't get involved in ownership dispute, and requested I contact the partner. Which I have, I received 1 email from ********************************************* saying they are looking at the case, but I have sent a couple of emails for a status update, and still have not gotten any response. They need to either refund me $1560.00 or transfer the site ownership.

    I hired Fifteen Twenty, to build my website, www.wardvilleworkouts.com and provide me with 20 social media posts a month. (A company called Wix connected me with their partner, Fifteen Twenty's *************************.) As of the beginning of *************** has failed to deliver the social media posts for **** and has been ignoring my attempts to get in touch.Regarding my website, www.wardvilleworkouts.com, I paid Wix/Fifteen Twenty $1,326 on July 27, 2022 for the cost of the website build for which the physical receipt is attached. *** has already sent me a bill telling me my Domain Will Renew on August 14, 2023 and that I will then owe $27.98. I have no idea how they arrived at the $27.98. I won't be paying another dime until I am assured someone (Wix or Fifteen Twenty) will be updating and maintaining my website. In addition to the website build and maintenance costs, I paid for a social media package on 2 separate occasions, $585.66 on 11/4/22. Next ************************* of Fifteen Twenty sprung on me that, He needed to renegotiate my social media package and that I owed another $495.91, which I paid on 4/5/23. Our verbal agreement was the social media package would include 10 posts and 10 stories a month. I received that amount for both April and May and by **** 5 when I was due the 10 and 10 for ****, cricketsI have called, texted and emailed ***** countless times and he is totally ghosting **** have called Fifteen Twenty's help desk, left several messages and on the third time calling the help desk, someone named ***** (do not know his last name) answered the phone, said he would look into the matter and get back to me. I waited a day and then called ***** back. He could not have been ***** or less helpful and basically said I had to wait for ************************* to get back in touch with me and other than that he was unable to help. Fifteen Twenty either needs to deliver the 10 months of social media we agreed to (verbally) or return my money, prorated amount = $901.31.

    I needed help with building a new website. As a current customer of Wix, I reached out to them for more enhanced web developing services as my information was then sent to several web developing companies afterwards. I was then contacted by several web developing companies along with FifteenTwenty ***, ************************* whom contacted me via phone call. After initial call, we scheduled to meet the following day via zoom where he explained how he would take my business to the next level and would provide exceptional web developing services and design a website for my therapy business. He priced his services at $844 and attempted to make me pay all up front but I wasnt able to and I told him I would have to make payments. We met about 4-6 times in which I paid in the 3 increments, $200, $200 and $444. The last time we met he was extremely rude and told me I wasnt putting enough effort into bringing ideas to the meetings after taking the last payment of $444 in which he wanted me to pay via Apple Pay. I was skeptical and he rushed me through it saying you know me already and this is how we accept payments now. Afterwards, he ghosted me and stopped answering my calls, texts and emails until I told him I found his picture on LinkedIn (during meetings he never showed his face) which triggered him to respond in which he called me screaming saying he wasnt anyone to play with and hes a grown man etc.. I asked for a full refund and threatened legal action via text and he liked the message. This is my experience with this scammer.
