    ***** ******* was very quick at starting my website, after he sent me his invoice and asked me to rate his service, it took forever to get the project done, he started cancelling our zoom calls many times, did not respond to any of my emails, texts, or phone calls.He stopped working on the website without any explanations, told me he had a team working on my project, obviously that was a lie.I checked his background and it's pretty bad! I assumed *** hires people who are trustworthy and does a background check on them. But obviously not!

    ***** *******, who I presume is the owner of this firm, just cussed me out and gave me an unforgettably negative experience before we could even enter an agreement.I was working with him to redesign my Wix site. He was incredibly helpful at first and everything was cordial, meeting with me several times to tune in the requirements for the site. Since ****** is a nonprofit, he was prepared to offer me a significant discount as well. I repeat, we were both extremely cordial the whole time.When it came time to pay, he was walking through the paperwork with me in real time on a virtual meeting. When I asked him if I could please process the payment after we hung up, he BLEW UP at me and said something to the tune of "you know what? I've never had anyone ask me that. We won't be completing your services". Then I hear him say "who the f*** does he think he his?" before hanging up the phone. A complete flip of the script in about 15 seconds.The craziest part about all this is I was ready to complete the payment. I just don't like feeling pressured to make a payment with someone breathing down my neck. I hadn't expressed any doubts. I wasn't wishy washy. I wasn't rude. *****, if you're reading this, I hope you can turn that anger around.

    While they started to build my website, they have failed to show up for 5 online meetings and do not respond to emails and have stopped working on our website as of 4 weeks ago without explanation. This is a terrible company to do business with and I would recommend staying away from.

    Forced me to write a review before completing my project, then abandoned it. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Wix refused to help, even though Fidteen Twenty *** is a partner of Wix.

    I engaged ************************************* to refine the website. He is very nice before we sign the contract. He told me he would get the job done with the highest quality and could finish the work based on the time we agreed. With the pleasant conversation, I signed the contract and made a payment of $466.60 on Oct 27, 2023. However, *********** could not finish the work based on the deadline we agreed. I offered to speak online and teach him what to do. Additionally, I put the comments on the website giving clear instructions to do when he told me his team doing this. He says he will speak with his team to get them done in 2 days. Again, he could not finish the work based on the new deadline he agreed with me. He told me he is moving his place, but will get them done in 1 day and also scheduled the meeting with me the next day. However, there is no progress again. He also does not show ** in the meeting. I followed ** on him in a text message multiple times. Finally, he says he will refund the cash back. However, I never received the refund. He also runs away to reply to the message. The whole experience is horrible and wastes not only money but also the time. I wish I had seen other customer reviews earlier. I hope my experience will give everyone a warning not to hire him and his company to work on your website.

    This guy is a proper scam! he never completed the work and charged me 1688$! please everyone be aware and dont fall for this trap!
