We recently purchased a **** SUV from Grapevine ****. I would say the customer experience throughout the whole process was very excellent starting from being greeted, to our wants and needs, we really felt like we were part of their family. When it came to negotiation it was an excellent price and made the whole process quick and easy. They will for sure be gaining all of our business in the future. Incompetent mechanics. Disrespectful service agent. Could not diagnose issue after holding 2 full days. Quoted $6000 for repairs but said there may be more after completing initial repairs. Had car inspected 1 month prior, paid $1500 and received a clean bill of health on the car.Audi Grapevine

The vehicle was brought in for coolant discolored and steaming out of the hood. The faults found were for a fan control module, client authorized further diagnosis. The diagnosis determined was a faulty cooling fan control module, causing both cooling fans to be shorted internally. The tech also found oil mixing with the coolant, the engine cooler and transmission cooler found faulty and in need of replacement. After repairs were to be completed, the vehicle would be re-evaluated to ensure no other issues had arisen due to several component failures. The estimate for the repairs had been provided to the client, and all recommended repairs were declined by the client. The previous service visit was for maintenance only.Review fromBill D

1 starThey purchased a vehicle from me 3 weeks ago. Still have not paid off the finance company nor have they sent me my equity check for $10,700.00. Audi Grapevine cheated me. I had bought a new car and got a nail in the car tire. I was told that the tire is not covered under any warranty and i need to pay $375+ for replacing the tire. I paid for replacing the tire and i got the receipt. While i was still in the service center, i saw a warning message for the tire problem which i reset it thinking that the service team had forgotten. I got the same message again the next day and i called the service center and service center rep said that the warning message is very common in Audi and not to worry about it. After a two weeks, i was worried and checked the tire again and saw the nail in it. Audi Grapevine had not fixed the problem, cheated me by charging me for the replacement service, and the service center guy gave me incorrect information after i called and texted him.Audi Grapevine
