      Ahhhhh like many others, I signed a contract with CMR a year ago; they are sitting on $27,000 of my money.Here we are - middle of summer - roof finally torn off, paper put on but likely destroyed because it has sat so long.No communication whatsoever on completion. It would take AT MOST two days to finish this job. Im convinced this is a huge scam. Im done. I want all of money back; filing claim now. I have absolutely no other choice.

      I have been waiting for 7 weeks a reissuance of a check to be in my name instead of CMR Construction and my name and can not get a phone call back, Y bank would not let me deposit the check because the signature had to be guaranteed. I drove with with your the offices in Lantana gave them the check and the nice lady there told me it would be no more then 4 weeks . Well no such luck has been 7 weeks . Last time I spoke to someone other then there answering service was two weeks ago, If I do not get a call back by Friday 7/7/2023 I will call channel 7 news and advise that CMR CONSTRUCTION has stolen $15000. I am 70 years old and no not like to be taken advantage of.I can be reached thru email at ******************. Com if anyone can help me

      Terrible service, I still have NO roof and signed with ********************* back last September ,I live in ********** ********************* was Paid in full , Months ago , And for weeks almost a month a very bad dry in done and that have not fixed it ,,The supplies were put ony driveway and I pretty much have called daily, poor answering service to avoid most calls I have had at least three or four different people say Production problems ,tomorrow we will be there ,The whole experience with them has been a sham , I give it a week and have an attorney on back up because they keep taking new accounts,,,when they couldn't complete mine from September 29 ***** from HURRICANE *** ,THE Insurance WAS APPROVED ,6 MONTHS AGO THEY WERE PAID I NOW HAVE SOAKING WET MESS NOT COMPLETED ,, *****VERY Disappointed ~ONE Excuse AFTER ANOTHER ,TODAY OS June 3,2023 and it's about eight months ,obvious there is an issue this is a basic shingle roof and not done from Sept of 2022 ,I have months of calls and many texts,telling ************* issue

      CMR replaced my roof last year and I was very pleased with the work they did. Even when I thought the job was finished they sent out a supervisor who found little things he wasn't happy with and had them all corrected within a couple of days before he would sign off on the job.I recently had a tile break on my roof and sent the supervisor a text and asked if they could possibly replace it for me since they were doing other work in my area. Within a few days, they were at my house and replaced the broken tile and reinspected the whole roof to see if there was any other areas that might have been affected by whatever broke the tile. I have had a very good experience with them and their work and would recommend them to others in need of roof repair of replacement.

      HORRIBLE!!! LIERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! These guys came to my door, gave us some storm story and, unfortunately, we fell for it. That is on us BUT, they LIED and NEVER did what they said (on paper) they were going to do. The whole offer was that, THEIR LAWYERS ******************* would work to get the insurance to approve roof replacement and that THEY WOULD do the work according to what the insurance approved. Fast forward over a year and, once insurance approved, they said they needed and extra $30 THOUSAND on top of what what ever they imagined it would cost cause THEY NEVER GAVE US A QUOTE NOR A PROPOSAL!!!! In order for us to cancel with them and be able to move forward with our roof, they expect us to pay them a 25% "cancellation fee" on a paper WE NEVER SAW until emailed to us. Fast forward ANOTHER YEAR & A HALF and, the roof is terrible, we have a horrible leak, extreme indoor damage and MOLD that we breathe on a daily basis. They won't budge and they won't reason, supervisor beyond RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!! we are the ones suffering it all and they don't even reply to their own lawyers (supposedly) so, we have NO NEW ROOF, HUGE LEAK, DAMAGE & MOLD!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE "company" OOOHHHH AND A BUNCH OF OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ALSO BEEN SCAMMED BY CMR CONSTRUCTION!!!Some going on TWO YEARS WAITING for a new roof so, this is something they do on a regular basis!!!!

      CMR ********************************************* recently completed my new metal roof # **-2679. They did a great job! Even the building inspector politely commented on the quality of their workmanship! On "old roof tear off" day, the Supervisor ************ was onsite, highly knowledgeable, and very professional! **** had everything removed, installed new plywood and a dry layer of roof material - all in one day! They were careful to protect my lawn, garden, and outside equipment with **************** They cleaned up afterwards and left without a trace! We had an unusual amount of rain in early Spring, and my roof performed like a Champ! From the very beginning, I encountered many true customer service professionals. ************* Sales, ************** in ************** ************ in **********************, ************** the Metal Roof expert, and ***** the Gutter Man! All of these folks went out of their way to take good care of me. They took pride in their work and represented their company well! I highly recommend CMR *********************************************.

      ***************** was my point of contact from start to finish. He didn't just sell us a replacement roof, he coordinated getting ** temporary cover until work could begin. All in all every CMR employee I interacted with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and communicative during completion of their work. I will happily recommend CMR to anyone I know that needs roof work.

      CMR did my roof and gutters. CMR supervisor ********************************* did an excellent job. He spent the entire days on the roof insuring the work was done properly. Every day my shrubs were covered and at the end of the day the crew walked with a magnet looking for ********* would recommend CMR.

      *************************** from CMR construction came out to my house after Hurricane *** to inspect a leak and got me a brand new roof. Everyone from CMR Construction has been very professional.
