  After having hurricane damage, I hired CMR CONSTRUCTION and ROOFING To replace my roof. The management was great to deal with. I know nothing about roofs, but they always answered my questions and concerns. The workers were very polite and courteous and ************** up the debris at the end of their day. Standing on the ground and looking up at the roof, it looks very nice!***** S

  I have been in litigation for two years now my father is 82 years old. My mother is bedridden and we still never received an estimate from Cmr to do a roof now *** hit and half my neighborhood went with Cmr because of my referral and they still wont give me an estimate on ******* its like theyre waiting for my case to close to take the a piece of percents.. I think that when you sign up with them the whole deal is to to get money from your insurance company but they dont care if you cancel because they still make money a big percent and they can drop yoiu anytime as well. Im having a very big problem with my project manager and asking for his manger and both never given me any answers going on 3 years now . I was nice the whole time now Im fed up . They cant even produce a tarp invoice . I dont feel like theyre here to help. I feel like they all here to rob you. Everyone should be very well aware of who is doing their roof because Cmr is a good company, but some of the workers are not good people..MAKE SURE YOU ****** WHO YOUR PROJECT MANGER AND THE PERSON YOU SIGN WITH. They did no work for me at all and only a tarp. I called and left messages to do the right thing cancel and pay for the tarp and no one has gotten back to me. I wanted to even change project managers and nobody has gotten back to me. I definitely will not proceed with this type of behavior and if we take it to court, I will make sure all of my neighbors that I had sign with them cancel as well. With no estimate no one should sign

  CMR came to our house, offered a free inspection, referred us to a particular attorney to *** for damage from hurricane way back in (I don't remember the year). They CMR rep said he found a couple of tiles that were lifted and other damage. We signed with them. This began back in 2019. We are now with no tiles on the roof, the dry in was done but never inspected as per code. Now they need an engineers letter for the city to move forward with inspection before tile is shipped or laid.The dry in was finally finished the week before hurricane *** in 2022 that devastated *******. No inspection scheduled according to the ***************. (1 Why were the required inspections not done along the way as per code, (2 Why can you get an engineers letter and get the inspection scheduled. What ever happened with our original sales rep ********************** The lack of communication has only added to an already frustrating situation. My next step will be to contact the ****** which happens to be in Margate where I live, so it won't be out of my way.

  Beware this company ! I mailed them payment in full for a new roof the first week of October 2022, minus my deductible. Since then, I have heard one excuse after another why my project has not moved forward. I'm told ** law requires that once deposit or payment for a project has been received, the necessary permits are required to be "pulled". This has not my experience, just one story after another! I assume that either the office help is over worked or incompetent? I demand that my insurance check for $26,065 be refunded to me in full without more excuses !

  I had ******* and gutters replaced by CMR from damage due to a windstorm.They helped me through the process with the insurance company to file a claim and gave me pictures, etc. showing the damage. It was a long process, but the end result was a beautiful new roof and gutters that just survived Hurricane ***. Special thanks to *************************** for his communication on where we were on the timing for removal, permits, install and overseeing the gutters being installed when I was out of town.***************************

  Cannot get a phone call to go over cost of roof! Received settlement from insurance company 3 months ago and have been trying to discuss the #'s with someone at CMR, but they won't call me. I have left numerous messages at corporate office and local office. I have sent emails. Nobody responds. We have a roof leak with a torn up tarp from 2 years ago. They don't seem to care. Apparently they are too busy to speak to customers. Horrible customer service!

  In general they did a good job.However, there is clear disorganization among the different divisions of ****** seemed that there was no communication among them.One division did not know what the others were doing. People would show up at our home unannounced. Two different crews would come to our home to do the same task, so the second crew had to leave without doing anything.We were poorly informed of the different stages of the projects.We were at a lost on whom to communicate with about one thing or another.Our interlocutor was replaced a few times without our knowledge.Finally we found a great professional that took our calls and always replayed in very short time. Often times it would be just to let us know that she received our inquire and that she will contact the proper party at CMR, and she always did in a timely fashion. That professional is ***************************, and we are grateful for her interest in taking care of our many, many issues with the project.We believe that it is only because of her that the project is finally getting to an end. In total the job took about a year! Incredible.But again, the people in the different crews were nice, polite and always willing to hear our comments, complains, etc.*******************************

  Did not put my new roof on in the same style that was original even though I asked repeatedly and was told they would. I am not happy , I expressed my concerns which where ignored repeatedly.
