    Ordered a Ronin Red Hood helmet from his website on January 1, 2023. Paid $400+ for this custom, movie quality helmet, which looks great on his website, videos on ******* and Instagram. It's almost November, and nothing. I've reached out to inquire about my purchase - no reply, no communication at all. I've followed up several times, still.. nothing. We are not well beyond what his website posts as ETA of any order - though it seems to have been edited since I ordered back in January to 6-8 weeks or longer as these are just estimates. 40 weeks now have past. Great. Still no helmet and OF COURSE he has a 'no refunds' policy - all sales final... even though he can just accept the money for products or items he, as it now seems, will NEVER send. Seriously, I don't think he understands the concept of his business. 100% total scam. After this review, I'm going to file a complaint with the ****

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER. In May of 2020 I order a Red Hood Helmet from his website, he used to have a disclaimer stating that anywhere from **** weeks was a common delivery time for his products but Ive been waiting over 3+ years and have yet to receive my product. And of course he requests payment upfront so buy the time you think Hey maybe my order is ready and its not and the weeks go by you realize youre never getting what you paid for its too late to do a chargeback with most banks so you e lost your money.He ignores all emails and DMs on IG and recently has stopped posting entirely however his website and failing Patreon are still up. Do not give this scammer any money. I recommend continue looking around for better and more reputable cosplay product makers and stay away from this fraud.
