      Per the addendum, internet was supposed to be set up upon move in. It was not, and we went in office multiple times and they said it would be taken care of. It was not, we had to pay for April internet, and May internet. We moved into the apartment April 26 (the dates on the addendum are incorrect). The internet was never working, we had to go through another company just so I can work from home. Internet payment comes out with rent on the 1st of the month. So we would have paid ****** **** and June for internet service we never had connected or working. My husband is military, and most of the residents at the complex are military as well.

      This Business is so unprofessional and Racist. The property Manager ***** ******* At ********* Village Apartments in ************* is rude and disrespectful to both her employees as well as the Tenants. when you reach out to the ****************** Tarantino to complain they do nothing about it. ***** is stealing Money Having us pay late fees and the late fee charge is not showing up on our ledger nor is a credit for the overpayment.

      I have sent a email to the complex let them know that the water is not on as well as I have also called when I did call, the number had a automatic system like as if the phone was not inservice so there was no way to contact maintenance about this issue as well and there is no number to contact maintenance iam very unhappy because I do pay my water bill and Im feeling Im being treated unfairly

      There was more then 2 listening during the phone conversation when the unit renter gave notice. There are witnesses. There are call logs to prove this conversation 3 months before the renters move-out date. Renter was told during said call "Is there anything they can do?", renter replied no. Mngr told renter that the account was noted and there was nothing the renter needed to do. (Notice was given).Lastly, during the renters last lease the apartment mngr refused to repair/resurface the tub a 2nd time. Due to the poor resurfacing done the first time. Rent was told NO, unless they charged the renter for the repair. This is against the lease, city and state laws. We need your help in getting the fees we have highlighted. We are not trying to get out of what we know we owe them. We were a renter that was always early on rent and never received a complaint. So, history will show and prove that. Why would the renter start now.

      I paid a partial deposit prior to possibly moving into one of Tarantino ***s properties. It had to be paid to run credit and do background checks. The property was the Centerpoint in *********, ********, ***********************. However, i was informed that if I dont move in, I would be refunded within 45 days or less. This was October 30 2024. Its March 14 2025 and I have not been reimbursed. I have not been contacted outside of did you receive your check. Were escalating it. Tarantino *** has made no effort to rectify the situation. The property says they arent responsible. Please assist.

      The business complex is deteriorating, the pipes keep busting and releasing sewage water out on the street, flooding issues in the back of the business for awhile, roofs leaking, trash being left onsite for days to weeks not being collected, tight parking space, etc. Every single time we (other business owners and I) filed a complaint, we had to wait and endured the bad smell which affected our business income really bad, since the place is run down, and the smell drove the customers away. They did attempt to fix the problems but their response to the issues was generally slow, and many issues kept coming back. They need to do something about this property or do a better maintenance job since the building is old and always needing attentions. Currently we have been having problems with sewage water coming out from the ground for 2 weeks since the sewage pipe got a problem somewhere and it drove my customers away. Their contractors came and fixed the pipes already but once they left, the problem came back. Please attend to the issue promptly if you can't improve your property quality, or else we will lose our income and won't have money to pay for your rents.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tides on trinity located at ********************************************************************. I have been a tenant at this apartment complex since February 2020 and I am extremely dissatisfied with the management's handling of a critical heating issue.On October 16th, the heating system in my apartment stopped functioning, and I have been without heat for more than 24 hours. Given the current weather conditions, this has created an uncomfortable and unsafe living environment.I contacted the apartment complex's maintenance hotline several times over the course of these 24 hours to report the issue and request assistance. Despite my repeated calls, I have not received any information about when the heating issue will be addressed. Each time I called, I was assured someone would be sent, but no one has come to inspect or repair the heater, nor have I received any updates or communication from the management.This lack of communication and failure to resolve such an essential issue is unacceptable. As a paying tenant, I expect timely and effective responses to maintenance concerns, especially those involving heating during the colder months. The managements negligence has caused significant discomfort, and I am concerned about the continued lack of response.I request the following actions:Immediate repair of the heating system in my apartment.Compensation for the period I have been without heat.An explanation for the lack of communication and action by the management team.Assurance that the apartment complex will improve their response to future maintenance issues.I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter and hold the management of Tides on trinity accountable for their failure to provide adequate tenant services.Thank you for your time and assistance.Sincerely,Sierra ****** *********************** ************

      My ac has been broken for 2 years and last month the served everybody eviction notices after rent was paid.Currently cant log into the maintenance portal to show proof of maintenance request for ac.

      ************ ( managed by Tarantino **** is withholding my deposit and falsely charging me for repairs that werent done . ******* (assistant mgr) stated on 08/02 that the carpet had to be replaced in my unit. I asked to speak to the ******* (mgr) because I left the carpet in adequate condition and she was not in and she said she would make me pay because the carpet was already replaced in the unit .I told her I would be reaching out to corporate she stated that they could do nothing to help and wouldnt have my file. I went to unit ******************************************************************** fact not replaced and not even clean before moving in. I received a written statement from him as well as pictures. I went to the apartment offices and that is when ******* showed the me the breakdown of the charge and said that the carpet was replaced in the entire unit and that it is usually $500, but they only charged me $250. I showed her the pictures of the carpet that was not replaced and she told me that they were under the impression that it was already done by the company and that the carpet was new. There is clear wear and tear in the carpet and there is a big stain as soon as you walk in that resided there since I moved in. She still denied the fact that it wasnt replaced and told me I would still have to pay or talk to ******* ( main manager). I asked if she could call me Monday, but I didnt receive a call. I called today and ******* stated she wasnt in office again, and that she would call me when she got there. She stated that she spoke to ******* and that she would still be charging me for the carpet repair, since they plan on changing the carpet. They are falsely charging me and have still yet to call me back and reach a resolution. I even tried calling Tarantino properties and speak to *****, but she ignored all five of my call and voicemails. I asked for her manager and they stated she wasnt in office and she hasnt responded to my voicemail.

      ****************, now owned by the Tarantino company does not have a valid phone number for the residence to contact the office for any issues. I have 3 repairs that need to be done, and nothing has been scheduled to fix them in months. I have been requesting in person for several months to the people in the office to repair a window that has mold growing in it and have only jad repair guys come up to look at it briefly, agree that it needs to be fixed due to health concerns only to not hear from anyone on it at all.I recently put in a repair order on their website to fix the peep hole which does not work as well.The most major issue is with my ac unit needing to be cleaned and repair as it is currently leaking water every where and nearly destroyed everything I have stored under my bed. The leak is also causing issues with possible mold and mildew around the flooded area. My biggest concern is having my 2 year old son over and having him possibly get sick from these unlivable conditions.I have also left hand written notes under the doors of the offices to contact me and to jave the repairs carried out asap.
