    On 8/2/24 my order was created for processing and shipping. Total cost of $69.90. Order#******. On 8/12/24 I received an email stating my order was successfully mailed via **** providing tracking#**********************. My order was supposed to arrive 8/17/24. I have emailed Crown and Paw 5 times from both my personal email and through their website via contact us page. They will not respond to me though it states on their website I would receive a response in 24 hours. I have requested an investigation with the **** and they state they are unable to locate this package. Upon researching other customer reviews on this website/store this happens often with them, nothing out of the ordinary apparently. I have already requested a refund multiple times and they will not respond.

    I ordered 3 pet portraits on 11/29/23 (order #******). On 11/30, I emailed the company & asked how to upload my photos, as I couldnt find my order listed under my account on their website. On 12/01, they said my order wasnt captured by their main artwork management system, but they could process it using their secondary system. They said to reply to the email & attach my photos, which I did on 12/11, the day their website said was the last day to place an order & still receive it by Christmas. They replied the same day & said theyd send the photos to their design team.... Cut to present day - On 5/05, I sent an email stating Id just received 1 portrait in the mail. It was not of a photo Id approved but was a version Id asked for edits on that were never made. I also let them know I'm still waiting for my other 2 portraits. This saga has been going on for almost 6 months. At this point, I just want my money back ($113.04), or possibly the correct 3 portraits with a very large discount.

    I ordered 3 products over a month ago.
    Order #651502
    I never received the products, and I paid for all of them.
    They told me that the order got lost in their system and that they were going to get right on it. I still don’t have any of the three products. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. These gifts were supposed to be for the holidays and were a month past and I have no contact with this company. They are not responding to my emails and do not have a phone number. Please help to get the product sent to me immediately and reimbursement for my difficulties. Ultimately, I want the products.

    Order Number ******. 2 weeks ago I ordered a large mug of my boss and his dog, as a Christmas gift. I paid the extra $10 to skip the artwork queue and get my art to an artist "ASAP" to ensure the gift would be ready and arrive on time. Yesterday, I went in to check on the status of my order and was extremely disappointed to find out my $10 had been completely wasted, as my order was still PROCESSING, and had been for 2 weeks. This makes it all but certain that the gift won't arrive on time, not to mention this completely failed to deliver on promises made when I paid extra to skip the queue. I'm requesting that Crown & Paw Cancel this order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

    I purchased a picture as a gift and have never received my order. It has almost been 2 months. They keep telling me I need to cancel the order which will cost me $10. I have no luck with support and am unable to reach anyone
