    Don’t buy from Crown and Paw! If you’re not satisfied, you won’t get a response or a return even though they claim to have unlimited revisions and guarantee.

    Find a reputable company for your pet portraits—not Crown and Paw. Don’t use this company

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!
    I was awarded a VIP Customer status which is laughable as I have never been treated this badly by a company in my entire life!
    They will bombard you with emails seeking more money by making more purchases, as well as sending an email from supposedly the artist ( if you can call them that) asking for a tip!!! Yes! You’ve read correctly!!
    If you encounter a problem with your order or purchase- good luck!!! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT or SERVICE!!! You can email for support however from my sad experience lasting over a month now, I’m in real doubt it’s an actual person reading the complaints and pretty certain it’s an AI generated response! Based on the content of the replies I’ve received ( a week later or sometimes never) which was completely irrelevant and oblivious to the issue I described in great detail!
    The fact that there’s nobody to turn to- even for a matter of overpayment and the request of a refund, is unacceptable to say the least!!
    Be very very careful!!!! I strongly advise NOT to use this company !

    I ordered a print for friends in Portland Oregon, the address to ship was clearly on the order form, they sent it to my home in Arizona. No phone number to call. It is interesting that on their web site, they have "zero" negative complaints, only positive. While on BBB there are many negative reviews.

    BUYER BEWARE! My experience with this Chinese company was extremely negative. They basically took my $60 and delivered a crappy, substandard product. Don’t fall for it. It’s a scam.
    They say you can approve they design and request multiple changes if needed. THIS IS A LIE. The approval email went into my spam folder & I didn’t see it for a couple of days and by then it was too late. The final product was already shipped to me 100% WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. Later, when I reached out for help from their customer service department, I was told that was their “policy”. It was also their policy to not give any refunds. By the way, it took their customer service dept 3 days to even respond to me.
    And why am I so unhappy with the finished product? Why do I feel so cheated? BECAUSE IT LOOKS HORRIBLE!!! I thought this would be my Xmas gift to my husband - a sweet reminder of our recently deceased dog. What I got was the sloppiest, laziest, most unsubtle cut-and-paste job of my poor dog’s head. It’s a Photoshop nightmare! Her head is WAY out of proportion with her body - much too big - looks really weird and awkward. Also, the way the head is pasted on the body, she has no neck and part of her face is missing. It’s like they made no attempt whatsoever to blend the head and the body together. It looks truly terrible - they literally just cut out the head and plopped it on the body. It’s shockingly bad-looking.
    But none of this matters because they’ve already told me I won’t be getting a refund. I’m just cheated out of $60 and the awful dog portrait is going in the trash. I want to reiterate - they told me I could approve the design before it was finalized and shipped to me, but that wasn’t true. It was shipped without my approval - and believe me - I would NEVER have approved this mess.
    Other people seem to be thrilled with their dog portraits. I AM NOT!
