The Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas reviewed the business’s website in March 2023, and business's website has states a “100% satisfaction guarantee”.
Despite this statement, the Better Business Bureau has received complaints and reviews from customers who state they were not able to receive their products or there were issues with the product. Consumers were not able to received refunds from the company, after contacting them. This issues falls within Standard 20 of the BBB Code of Advertising:
20. Warranties or Guarantees
When using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser should clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to the sale which could include putting it on the seller’s website. Advertisers should disclose any material limitations on a "satisfaction guarantee" or "money back guarantee" and define, for consumers, the meaning of claims such as "lifetime guarantee."
