    We got our car towed at 6am on Saturday November 2nd due to my husband getting pulled over after work and the car went to Dixie Storage. We called to confirm the price which was also a lie because the cop and the tow truck driver told us the price was gonna be $145 but the lady told us $295 when we called so we already was furious about the price.We tried to come pick up our car at 4:47pm they claim to be a 24/7 establishment we got here and called to be let in because the gates around the establishment were closed a lady answered and stated we have to wait an hour to be let into the gates to get our car mind you my husband had to be at work at 5:00pm but we knew he was gonna be a little late so he let his boss know he was gonna be about 30 minutes late because we didn't know it was going to take this long and we had to get a ride to the place and that person had to be at work at 6pm so after she told us we had to wait an hour we decided to go back home so the person that gave us a ride could go to work and we came right back the place is about 15 minutes from us we are 5 minutes away from the place and the lady calls us back and states that she had been waiting at the establishment for us and she was leaving and we had to wait another hour for us to be able to get our car so now my husband is two hours late to work at this point and his boss is furious with him and he might be on the verge of losing his job all because of this nonsense plus to makes matters worse we have a whole newborn in the car with us this business is unprofessional and needs to be shut down they have had previous issues with other customers they have a 2.0 rating it has been said they have stolen personal items out of people cars and etc. I want a full refund of my money for all this inconvenience my husband and I are going through just to get our car out of this lot
