    This place is a joke they take advantage of people and misrepresent laws by saying people have to be **** certified and use this so that they can use someone they know , charge you more money. This place should be investigated. From the unknowledgeable employees who attempt to intimidate who, to a building that looks as if it should be condemned.

    This owner is fraudulent! Across the board! He didn't even ask for any proof of ownership before taking impound and towing fees! Once he took the money,, he then made up every unjust rule he could to deny release of the vehicle. He used foul language and the video I took throughout this will be on *******. **** investigation, if not already proceeding,, should be completely appalled by the actions and disregard for the laws regulating. I guarantee the owner cannot show a copies of valid insurance policy,,, registration renewal or Texas Vehicle Title that he's required to document. If **** has any authority or care,. it won't take much investigation to put everyone employed there behind bars.
