In 10/23 I purchased a food trailer from Trailer King in *******, Tx. Its been 7 months and I still have not received my license plates. I was told when I picked up the trailer it could take a couple of months to receive because Harris County is very slow in processing paperwork for license plates. I have called and left several messages and no one has returned my call. They continue to email me paper tags. I also filed a warranty claim on 4/1/24 for the propane tank and have called and left messages and no one has returned my call nor has a refund been issued for the repairs. They only talk to you if youre making a new purchase. Beware, once the purchase is final you will not be able to talk to anyone in the company.

We bought a trailer and paid CASH in Full of 45k from Trailer King Builders. The 1st issue was the lie of a 20 week build switched in the contract (unknowingly to us) to 24 week build which in turn took 27 weeks to build( and no clear answer of when I could pick it up) ( thousands of $$ lost to NO delivery time)From pick up of the build many things were WRONG. 1)We drive from ***** to ********* to get home to discover the Cap of the vent on top of the fire suppression flew off in travel. In Travel!! When upon arrival at home there was WATER in the middle lite above the Grill. Rain got into the whole system from atop due to faulty installation and interior lites had water in them .There have been so many issues I will list them as best I can. I wanted to resolve this and the emails keep rambling of no resolve and now they blocked me from Smedia!!! I need Halp Please.1) 4 leaks from the roof all down the walls in the interior of the trailer 2) Water in 2 lites (24/7) ( 1 next to service window// other on Left rear of truck)3)The Panels which Hold the trailer together are coming apart which are and will affect the Wrap holding together 4) bubbles in the Wrap 5) The wrap lifting in many spots 6) LEAK from pipes under the 3 compartment sink 7)LEAK IN the service window. 8) A Grey Box put into the Wrap and our company name without acknowledge it was being done. Which now our names and logo look crazy( least of my worry BUT)As I write this I need to share that so many small things of Poor Workmanship is So evident. I choose to remain focused on the items that will Harm My Trailer. They want me to bring it back to them . There's no actual Contact except email. I can't trust them . I need help. I will say they already hired a guy to come fix Wrap and leaks and it didn't work . IM Concerned. Please help us. Thank You,Sockos Tacos ******** ****** Owner
