1 starDo not go to this store. Not this location or any other location. I sat in their store for 4 hours wearing a neck brace after a car accident. They were trying to figure out the financing as the system was down. When they were unable to figure it out a manager names *** told me to call them and figure it out myself. I shouldve left then and gone to ******, but I stayed and the employee gave me a discount off my items. When they were delivered two days later the mattress was damaged all over. I called and they gave me some return options and exchange options. Then I realized my Tempur-pedic pillow thats over $100 was not there. I called the store and they said oh its been sent ***** - we told you. THEY were annoyed. They had not told me. Nor was it written in my receipt and Delivery paperwork. I asked to have the manager call me back. Then I get a call from someone named ********, who said that employee accused me of uttering a slur to them. I was in shock. What this employee said was not only a blatant lie, it was defamatory. What I was accused of was outrageously offensive and incredibly insulting to my character. I have never been accused of something so despicable and unaligned with who I am. Thankfully, my friend and her boyfriend were with me at the time and are able to attest that that in fact did not happen. I was then told by ******** that I would be refunded and to keep the items. It is going on four days and I have yet to be refunded and have a dirty unused mattress with nothing to sleep on. And when I call mattress firm, I am told there is no customer service. And when I call any local store, I am hung up on. Whether or not my matress is even damaged. I have the option to return it or exchange it within 120 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY. Do not buy from them. They offer a FREE 120-day sleep trial, which I was told included the bed and adjustable base. However, I was lied to by the online ***resentative ***** because the return is NOT FREE. The *** sold me the wrong mattress, It was soft not firm. I am trying to take part in the return process. I tried to initiate the return online with their chat feature as everything was purchased from their online customer service. However, I was told I had to contact the store to return the items. I was told by the store ***resentative (he/him)) they would take back and refund the bed. However, they would not take back the adjustable base as it is not returnable. In addition, he told me they would charge $****** for the non-returnable. I told him about my online conversation informing me everything is returnable and free as well as the mattress being too soft. He asked why I did not come into the store. I told him I am handicapped with mobility issues, so I placed the order online. He restated; I could return the bed not the adjustable based. I purchased a clearance king mattress from Mattress Firm, but within three months the mattress had developed a hump in the middle and started sagging on each side, I was able to return the mattress only because of the five year warranty Ive paid for when purchasing the mattress, Now I receive another mattress that wasnt on clearance which came with a ten year warranty, I had this mattress for about the same time as the first mattress and it started having the same problem as the first one, so I opened a claim and I was told I was not qualified due to, The inspection report revealed the measurements met the manufacturers standards and are considered normal body impression, note I only had the mattress for only three months, One thing I noticed about these mattress, they had been refurbished, thats why they sagged as fast as they do, and the only thing Im asking for is to return the mattress and replace my money back to my card!!!!!!Mattress Firm (Corporate Locations & Office)

First time buying in mattress firm. I highly don't recommend them as a veteran, and always enforcer. Please stay away after 3 years my mattress starting sagging in the middle and they denied my claim, I sent pictures of two inch sagging and they said thats normal....I been having back pain for the last week, but its normal wear? I tried a mattress and bought it. The bed I received is much firmer than the display but hopefully that will correct itself. The sales person told me I would receive a free adjustable frame with bed. As I was switching from a king to a queen this fit my needs. What they did not tell me was the frame was 6 inches lower than the display bed frame. Very unhappy as bed is too low for my furniture. Very sneaky and deceptive. Pros: The initial sales process was smooth, and the bed we ultimately received meets our expectations.Cons: I am deeply frustrated with Mattress Firms handling of our refund and their lack of accountability. During our purchase of a $6,140 mattress, the store manager strongly encouraged us to open a Mattress Firm/Synchrony credit card to qualify for a rebate, despite our intention to pay in cash. This felt like a high-pressure tactic to push us into a credit agreement, which has now led to significant inconvenience.Due to the need for a firmer mattress, we returned our original purchase, resulting in a $762.65 refund owed to us since February 20, 2025. As of May 20, 2025, we have yet to receive this refund. The credit card company claims the check is in the mail, but our secure, locking mailbox has received no such payment, strongly suggesting it was never sent. When I raised this issue with Mattress Firm, I was told the matter is between me and the credit card company. This is unacceptable. Mattress Firms name is prominently displayed on the red credit card, making them equally accountable for this process. Furthermore, the cards exorbitant *****% APR for late payments is outrageous, and I believe Mattress Firm owes me equivalent interest on the delayed $762.65 refund as compensation for this prolonged inconvenience.This experience has revealed a troubling pattern, as I recall discussions with store staff indicating awareness of refund delays. Mattress Firm must take responsibility for their branded credit card and ensure prompt resolution. SCAM!!!! They charged me nearly full price for immediately returning a brand new UNOPENED mattress because it was INACCURATE!!!! The live chat never works on their website, and every phone number I can find directs me to a sleep expert at the local store near you, who is far from an expertmore like a condescending scammer! They refused to process my return and took multiple days calling the store to finally do so, only to keep more than 50% of my cash while continuing to treat me inappropriately with appalling behavior beyond disgrace! They have incompetent staff who are unable to explain my invoice and are incapable of treating customers with respect and with zero accountability. DO NOT GO TO MATTRESS FIRM!!!!!
