      I purchased a mattress on 8/11/22 and set up delivery for 8/15/22. On the day of delivery I was told I would receive a phone call with a 2 hour window. At 4pm I called knowing they close at 6pm. The man that answered the phone found my order but couldn’t track the delivery. He said he would look into it and call me back, which he did. I was told the mattress I ordered was not in stock and would take WEEKS to come in.
      I changed an important appointment, my husband took the day off of work and we had the old mattress on the front steps.
      This is unacceptable, I would have purchased a different mattress if I told the one I picked wasn’t in stock.
      The man said the could deliver a “loaner” mattress in 5 days- this is absurd! I don’t want a used mattress or a delivery in 5 days when I have a receipt for delivery on this day.
      I cancelled the order. To add insult to injury, I was told it would take 7-10 days for my refund. Please explain to me why a national mattress company cannot due a refund for less than $800 immediately??? I work for a privately owned business, which would process a refund like this on the same day, since it was a debit card payment.
      I find this situation completely unreasonable.

      I purchased a Beauty Rest Back Care Plantium full size mattress last February at Mattress Firm.
      Within 2 weeks of sleeping on the mattress I could feel it sinking in the middle.
      I call my sales agent and he basically acted like he cared. But later he started to ignore me.
      I would never shop at Matress firm again. They are selling defected merchandise and if you don't have a warranty you are screwed.
      Like I didn't get a warranty and I'm really cautious when it comes to decisions ??
      Now my back pain has gotten worse from sleeping in a sink hole.
      Somebody needs to be sued about this. This is not safe ??

      We ordered an adjustable base from mattress firm which is through FIRM CARE and paid for the extended warranty . The base broke in June. We called for the base to be repaired over a month ago. They have not contacted us and are now saying that it could take up to 90 days for parts to be delivered for repair. The head of the bed doesn’t recline at all which is why we bought it. This is unacceptable and this company is incompetent. I would never recommend purchasing a base from mattress firm or Firm Care.

      I purchased a mattress back in March of 2022. I was not satisfied with it so I upgraded to a thicker mattress. I still was not satisfied with that either so I asked for a refund and was also charged a restocking fee. I still have not received a refund and they said that they sent out a 3rd one last week. I am so irritated and very busy at work that I keep calling the store looking for an answer. I have not heard from a District Manager after they told me that one would be in touch with me a few weeks ago. I am making a claim with the better business bureau and also have been in contact with my lawyer.

      I expect a certified check delivered to the store because obviously the mail system is not allowing this transaction to happen, although I did receive a government check through the mail not too long ago?

      I purchased a TempurPedic Pro Adapt King mattress on May 12, 2022. Upon their "Platinum Service Delivery", they got greasy black handprints on the cover that comes with the mattress. I called immediately and was told to text a picture - which I did. I kept getting the run around from the store manager. (1)She wasn't sure what could be done; (2)she would contact the district manager;(3)it has been ordered but not rec'd from the manufacturer. These are all the stories she gave me to get rid of me on the phone. However, when she wasn't there, another employee was kind enough to call me back to let me know a replacement had never been ordered.
      After over 2 months, I had enough with the lies, so I called TempurPedic. After some back and forth with them because it was Mattress Firms delivery problem and therefore they weren't responsible - they finally sent me a replacement. They did this as a courtesy.
      Bottom line is: never deal with Mattress Firm in Turkey Creek - especially the manager.

      Terrible service. When buying an item online make sure it's returnable. Also make sure you see better pictures of the item your buying. Can't even use it and is forced to resale item.

      Mattress firm in hamilton marketplace is horrrible. They overcharge and don’t care. All they want to do is sell and they tell you to give them a 5 star rating. That’s not the way to run a business will never recommend. I overpaid and brought it to their attention and they ignored my request.
